I sent her a text to let her know I needed to cancel due to transportation. Susie being the compassionate soul she is offered to come pick me up! Talk about the personal touch of a family business. Now, to the customer service, the conversation was great! The staff was very friendly, the warm neck pillow and blanket were pleasant surprises during my pedicure. I was given a bottle upon arrival and great arm and leg messages as part of the manicure and pedicure. The massage was not the best I've ever had, but no complaints, and again great service that made me feel comfortable and cared for. Ultimately, if you're looking for a relaxing experience with friendly folks this place is a winner, if you need a manicure that looks good and lasts you may need to look elsewhere.

My stylist cut my hair unevenly and choppily with no blending of layers. I have medium-dark brown hair that can easily pull red when lightened. I asked for some medium ash brown highlights of a cool-tone to get some dimension in my hair. My stylist lightened my highlights to absolute WHITE. She said this was to cut the red. I had severe breakage in the shampoo bowl, especially because my stylist proceeded to brush shampoo through my hair! (No conditioner!) Then she applied the medium ash brown toner. Since my highlights were so immensely bleached, the toner looked absolutely green on my hair. So, I came home with a choppy haircut, green highlights, and severe breakage. I will never come to this salon again.

The price was what you'd expect for the Kiawah-Seabrook area, but it's well worth it in my opinion. If you've only ever had an hour-long massage, I highly recommend upgrading, even if it's just this once while you're on vacation. 90 minutes is truly magical for restoring energy and relieving stress. I booked an appointment with Dana. She was so sweet and listened to all of my concerns. It was honestly not painful at all! She did a dermal block for numbing and after that I didn't feel anything! We also added in some filler in my chin for facial balancing. We did not end up using all of the filler so we saved it and I scheduled a two week follow up appointment. At that next appointment we did add a tiny bit of filler but I didn't need much. The filler has made such a natural but noticeable improvement to my face shape. I did not have much of an upper lip before and the filler looks soo natural! I could not be more grateful! They are transparent about pricing and they do have monthly specials.
