When my mother called, she was told the office was closing and that the doctor was ill. However, I noticed the practice has continued receiving recent reviews, which only added to our confusion. We were also told that no one in the office could provide any information regarding our refund, that it had to be forwarded to the doctor's family, and that they could not provide any contact information for anyone who could actually help. After months of waiting, we still have no answers, no refund, and no way to speak with someone who can resolve the issue. If you're considering this practice, I would strongly encourage you to ask questions about their billing practices and customer service before committing to treatment. Very disappointing experience.
