I spoke with the technician prior to the MRI and made sure she was aware that I needed to have it for my lower forearm all the way up to my upper bicep. Because that's where the injury was. She said she would do her best. When I went in to have my MRI read by the orthopedic surgeon, he said the MRI wasn't good and even the report given by Prime states that it does not capture the rupture area "unfortunately, the scan does not cover the distal most insertion". Which is where the rupture occurred. I've been calling and leaving messages at both doctors offices and prime for 2 days trying to get them to re-do the MRi they messed up at no cost to me. i paid cash. Both doctors offices said that they had reached out to prime and not heard back. I spoke with the Prime scheduling department supervisor and the billing supervisor. They kept referring me back to the other departments. I have a short window to complete this surgery but Prime is not providing a good service. I may have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket again. So frustraing!

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The lady who walked me to Radiology was so kind and made conversation knowing I was nervous. I've never had a spinal tap so I was worried. The assistant who took me back to the room was so kind and made me feel comfortable explaining everything. The PA, I think his name was Daniel, was amazing. He walked me through everything step by step and made great conversation knowing this was my first time. It's always so great to feel comfortable and taken care of in scary/new situations. Got a call stating they don't take my insurance because they are such a new facility so I got referred to the location at Lovers and Greenville. However when I received the call from them I was referred to the one on Merit. Ok so I got confirmation for this location. Than the emails and text messages started. Averaging at 5 text messages and 3 to 4 emails a day till my appointment. Can I tell how annoying that is. Apparently when I showed up for my appointment and told them they just needed to merge my file, really. Also when I tried calling them the person who answered was laughing and really wasn't listening to me. She said come in 15 minutes early to complete your paperwork. You know it would have been nice if this person cared enough to look at my information and notice the problem and corrected it. Now once I got in the check in was smooth and easy.
