Horrible experience at this location. I was scheduled for 7:30 am and arrived on time. However, while waiting for 20 minutes in the lobby, I discovered that they had changed my appointment without notifying me the day before over the phone and without my consent. They claim to have contacted me yesterday, but I have proof that I received a text message stating, "Please arrive at 7:30," even though my appointment was no longer scheduled for 7:30 AM. They never contacted me or sent an email regarding the change to my appointment. If that had been the case, I would have rescheduled for another day. Additionally, the mailbox of the center manager is full, which is a significant indicator--perhaps suggesting an excessive number of complaints. This place is unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone come to this location or company--the worst. read more

I am upping the rating to a 2. The last visit went as expected. My previous visit was for a broken bone on an early Friday. The radiologist did not process the xray until the following Monday. We ended up taking new pictures at my surgeons' office since they did not get on file. Another incident was a few years ago. I had an early appointment, but they ended up opening the doors over an hour late. They had a lot of people queued ed up for their appointments, standing outside. Was hesitant to come here due to poor reviews, but since I had to do x-ray quickly and this location was near my doctor's office, I decided to take my chances. I found the reception to be clean and the office staff friendly. They were able to check me in on Friday 10 minutes before their radiologist was going home. They couldn't retrieve my insurance information , probably because it was so close to end of business day, but they let me go on with my x-rays and will bill me after they back office figures everything out. X-ray technician was courteous and I was done quickly. So overall, this location is not that bad. read more

I had a chest X-Ray, a CT scan and and MRI done in this facility on my physicians recommendations in the last month. it took a week to have the X-ray results, over 2 weeks for the CAT scan results and now 2 weeks since my MRI and no results yet. I had those tests performed at UT Southwestern in the past and the X-ray results were on My chart by the time I got home from the the lab. Interesting that Touchstone was bombarding me several times a day for me to schedule the appointments but now the manager of that location refused to take my call inquiring about the status of the results. The person answering the phone said she will relay to him my complaint. When I asked her how can she relay my concern to him since he never ask for my name or telephone number she replied "You're not the only one that calls to complain so no need to take your information" WOW! read more

Don't go there. I called in the morning to schedule an xray, I was told I did not need an appointment and I could come anytime until 6 PM to get my xray done. I went at 3 PM and the front desk clerk told me that they were done for the day, all technicians are gone and to go somewhere else. Really? The main problem for this place is they can't get things right, after my physician sent me to them, first they got my name wrong, the office didn't really call me to schedule till a week and half, they told me I do not have an order from doctor, I called my doctor she said she did sent. Later they called me, apparently now they can find the my order which they claim doesn't exist. Probably the data entry person put things wrong, and schedule me next Monday appointment. When I get there they said there is no appointment for me and I have never talked to them to make an appointment. What a disaster and waste of time. My doctors referral coordinator sent an order to Touchstone. It was for a CT MYLO CSPINE. When I called Touchstone to schedule (after they sent me a text) they tried to schedule me for a CT CSPINE W/O CONTRAST. Obviously, that's the wrong exam. If I didn't catch this, they would have done the wrong exam on me and billed my insurance and I would have to go through the process all over again. That's BAD PATIENT CARE. I request that the referral coordinator send my order to Northstar. I have no confidence or trust in Touchstone. They get one star and a bad Google review. read more

I just went this morning with my little one! Check in was friendly and fast. They provided a mask upon entry it's mandatory to wear one in there. The place is clean and smells fine lots of seating. I went for a CT Scan & Ultra-sound at Touchstone Imaging (Forest location) this past Friday. Vedia was very kind and helpful, when I called to book my appointment, plus she made sure to follow up with an email and directions. She had to look hard- and was able to book both appointments back to back, saving me a 2nd trip. The staff working at Touchstone were professional, considerate and very caring - Mercedez, Josh and especially Vedia. Also, the staff got me in and out a lot quicker than I had expected. If you need imaging in Dallas, I would consider going to Touchstone Imaging at Forest Lane. read more

The Front desk and I am talking about my experience was difficult to deal with. While one seemed busy taking care of the person in front of me, the other one just sit there like for long time just waiting and technically just listening to the other stuff taking the patient, when I arrived and saw she can take me in, it was rough around the edges, and the worst part is now I have to call her and ask for my pass code because she careless to give it to me. No Stars. I had an MRI at this location on Monday 12/5. I arrived at the appointment time I was given of 9 am for a 9:30 am MRI. on 12/5. I had taken off work for this. I am positive that I had my appointment time correct. When I arrive they informed me that my appointment was to be 5:30 pm on Tuesday 12/6. They went ahead and did the MRI on 12/5 at 5:30pm. I paid $930.00 cash. (The MRI tech was a very sweet young lady - the only good part of this place). I was told by my doctors office they would call me on Thursday with the results. On Friday Morning my doctors office called to tell me that they had received the images but they had never received the radiology report. My doctors office called Touchstone on that Friday. I called Touchstone on Monday morning 12/12. The lady (Touchstone) said she could see that the images had been sent to the doctor but that the report had not been sent. She commented that was very unusual. Said she was going to call Baylor Hospital radiology where the MRI is read to get them to release the report. She told me she would call me back on that Monday and let me know what she found out. She did not call me back. I had my doctors appointment today, Wednesday, 12/14. I called Touchstone again today and so did the nurse from my doctors office. Touchstone told us both that the MRI had not been read. They could not give either of us a reason why. Well, I have had my doctors appointment and we had to figure out a treatment plan without the radiology report from the MRI. I consider this the ultimate disrespect for the customer and the customers time. It is also disrespectful of the doctors time. I never write reviews but I felt this was the worst service I have received for anything in all of 2022 and other potential customers needed to know. I will never use Touchstone Imaging ever again and I will tell all of my friends and employees (160 of them) to never use Touchstone either. Again NO STARS even though Yelp requires you to select at least one star. read more

Good luck is all i've got to say. Found a lump in my breast, need to get it scanned. Searched google and found this facility. I submitted an online appt request and received a pop up message after submitting request to call the center to schedule an appt. So already their appt scheduling request form is irrelevant because they tell you to call anyways. You will still get calls from Touchstone to schedule your appt, but it will not be at the location you submitted your request, it will be from any and every facility more than 30 miles away from the submitted location. They will come through as spam so you will never know it is Touchstone until you've missed the call and they leave a message. But it isn't the correct location anyways, so no harm in missing the call. If you try and call the location to schedule your appt, you will not get through, it will be a busy signal each and every time you call, no matter what day of the week you call, nor time of day, it is busy 24/7 apparently (but i haven't tried calling during non-business hours, only when they are open and should be answering their phones). If you walk into the facility to schedule your appt, they will schedule you. They have big signs telling you scheduling a mammogram is easy and does not require a doctors referral, you just schedule easily with the staff. So I did. Appt day arrives and I check in. I'm turned away because I don't have an established primary set up. They never once asked me if i had a primary, they never informed me one would be needed. They just turned me away and would not do the scan because there isn't a primary doctor. So absolutely WONDERFUL service... read more

If you have any choice then go somewhere else. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do they are rude, won't take appointments, then expect you to wait over an hour to even get to a room. Why is it the medical profession thinks we should wait for them? If you want a waiting room that looks like the "free clinic" then this is your place. If not, ask your doctor to send you somewhere with better customer service and better reviews. read more

09/28/19 - my appt time is 8:30am on a Saturday, got here at 8:20am because I like to be early. Marsha assisted me and had a smile and very pleasant attitude. Was called back at 8:37 by Patty. Very nice and pleasant lady. For me mammograms are not a uncomfortable. I was completed with the 3D mammogram at 8:45. That was the quickest appointment I had. In the past I had a technician tell me if you can handle this, you should have it done annually. Your insurance pays for it and they can detect any changes. That's my PSA for today. Had a 7:45 am appointment on a Sat., front desk ladies are super nice friendly and caring. Tech lady in the back as well took great care of me. Nice place and clean. I was out by 8:22 am it was fast and easy I was in and out. Plus they have a 6 months payment plan to pay out plus no interest charge. read more

Every staff member that I encountered at Touchstone Imaging were very nice! The tech that did my exam was patient and explained everything that she was doing and talked to me the entire time and it made it less stressful for me. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that one of the restrooms was out of soap and the patient restroom in the exam room needed to be swept up. Overall, I think the staff did a great job at taking care of me and getting my results back to my doctor quickly! read more
