I want to praise Ryan at Smith's Plumbing and heating. I called Smith's because another company had…read morebeen out twice to get hot water flowing through my tankless hot water heater by failed to do so. The other company said it was going to cost about $600 to fix the issue and he turned the water off in 2 sinks, my kitchen and my bathroom. My water actually got colder. Smith's is the certified Navien tankless dealer that installed my unit. When I explained that me and my family had no hot water, Ryan drove 55 minutes on his holiday day so we would not have to be without hot water over the holiday weekend . He was able to fix the problem in 5 minutes. It was just an internal switch that had tripped possibly due to a recent power outage. Not only did he get the hot water flowing again, he saved me $600 that the other plumbing company was going to charge me and not fix the problem! I also found out that Smith's priority customer plan membership does not charge for after hours calls. If you need an honest, caring plumber - call Ryan at Smith's Plumbing! He's awesome!

After dealing with the insurance company for nearly 2 weeks I was just about running out of clean clothes. I contacted ARR on a Wednesday and was given an appointment the following Tuesday. I mentioned my clothing situation and asked that if something opened up I'd appreciate it. ARR said they could work me in the next day. They arrived ahead of schedule and did a thorough diagnosis of my washer. He explained the problem thoroughly. Instead of selling me some expensive fix (as I would not have known the difference) Matt told me that it likely wasn't worth fixing due to it's age but that fixing it would be expensive. He told me of an option that might work (a drip pan under the washer) that would save a lot of money. He didn't have to do that. Matt, and his assistant who's name I did not catch/remember, were very easy to work with, knowledgeable and very professional. If I have any further problems with my appliances, Appliance Rescue Repair will be the first company I will call.
