I've had to hire many different vendors throughout the years, for both commercial and residential help. I dread it every time. There is always an issue that occurs somewhere in the process that ends up costing you more money and time delays. At the same time, you never receive good communication. On the other hand, there is Prime Locksmith. What a breath of fresh air. I have an older model, custom built home from the 70s. Nearly everything in the home is original...including the locks. So when one of the back yard lock latches would not latch, I dreaded the thought of calling a locksmith. But I can't just replace the lock with something from Home Depot being that these door locks were a completely different size from today's standards. I'd practically need to replace the entire door. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. I messaged a few locksmiths around town. Prime Locksmith responded quickly with a good estimate, versus those who took a while to respond and estimated nearly double. He came out and was able to diagnose the issue right away. A part had to be ordered because of the rarity of that lock (broken spring to be exact). I've been looking around for a place to make me a spare key for an older car, and every place I looked the prices were much higher or it just seemed inconvenient to get it done. Or they wanted me to pay for an extra key fob that I don't want.
