This kind gentleman gave me a quote less than 10 minutes after requesting on Yelp for a car key duplication. He arrived promptly at the appointed time and went to work on the issue. I'll update my review! I give this company a 5 stars! I'll eat my review words to say I went back to this company for their great customer service! In the beginning we had a dilemma about a certain quite expensive lock put on and that's why my first review wasn't the most charming. However searching again for a new lock company was very fustrating because no one does barrel keys a speciality lock that arcade machines use or coke machine use or if they do they aren't sure about them. And a lot of other companies really are ridiculous on prices with a fee to come to your home! With all that said I will be making prime locksmith my number one company again. I feel terrible about my last review but it was on both of our ends of not communicating on the price of the lock first. So I say always get the quote up front and any other work talk about pricing first.
