The only reason why I am giving them a one less than perfect is because they really don't like returning calls/voicemails. My assistant and myself left multiple calls for 5-6 days just to make sure the appointment is indeed valid because these guys are based out of MA and we were in a California city. Otherwise, the technician called a day before, was courteous, adept, cleaned up after him and was very punctual. Overall, fantastic execution. Amazon delivered 3 AC'S to my garage, my condo is 3 flights up & as most of you know finding a handyman is no easy task. NT did a great job assembling a basketball hoop for us. While he did it quickly, albeit carefully, I could tell that it would have taken me a much longer time. In the reviews that I had read, several reviewers wrote that they spent between four and six hours to get the hoop all set up. It took NT about 90 minutes. He was on time and also called ahead of time to tell me when he'd be arriving. He also made sure that I understood that I needed to put antifreeze in the base in addition to water to prevent the water from freezing and cracking the plastic. But here's the thing I remember most. After NT started working, my dad and I went to buy bags of sand to put in the base of the hoop. While we were out, my dad made an offhand comment, like, "That guy who's putting the basketball hoop together seems like such a nice person." Then, that night, we went out to dinner and, again unprompted, my dad said, something like, "That fellow who put the basketball hoop together sure was a nice guy." And the thing was, I had had the same thought. Ultimately, I think that when you hire someone to assemble something, you kind of expect they'll do a good job because that's their job. You don't expect them to make a lasting impression (on multiple people, no less!) just from being friendly. NT did both. read more

The desk was finished quickly and efficiently and looks wonderful! I read the comment that Prime Space wrote. I can not tell you why they did what they did. I can only guess that they did not want to go that far out. What I wrote is exactly what happen. Not doing the job right is one thing, but lying on top of it ready baffles me. One thing in my favor is Amazon has all the communication from myself and Prime Space. NT is terrific!!! I had a appointment slot from 8-11am.The day of assembly he text me in the morning to confirm my appointment and his approximate arrival time. He then text me again 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. This alone gave me the freedom to run errands and enjoy the day without waiting for someone to just show up during the window. We were having a trampoline assembly that I ordered from Wayfair. It took NT about 2.5 hours from start to finish. I was not home when he completed so he left the assembly tools neatly packaged on my back porch and sent me a picture of the completed project. It's been about a week since we've had it up and all I can say is thank you! My kids and husband have all enjoyed jumping and playing on the trampoline. Everything was set up perfectly, every screw tight, safety net on and tight, ladder installed, basketball hoo installed. I hope my kids enjoy this for many years. This review is long overdue. I had an Ikea Pax wardrobe that has been sitting in my shed for 2 years because my husband was too intimidated to assemble it. Prime Spaces came to the rescue! I had been messaging Madison (the owner) back in forth, trying to gage how much assembly would cost b/c the wardrobe is a bit complicated. I have 2 separate wardrobe compartments and a corner unit, which is not that popular. He was very patient with me and knew exactly what I needed done. He quoted me a great price + a travel fee as I am about an hour outside of his regular service area. He and his partner arrived on time and stayed until the job was finished, which was longer than the expected 5 1/2 hours but the price remained the same, which I appreciated!
