He did it exactly the way we wanted by replacing the big, old jacuzzi tub with a beautiful, tiled walk-in-shower, new floor, and re-positioning the toilet to a better place. We wanted to keep our double sink vanity/cabinet and the big mirrors, but refreshed them with a good paint job. We love how it looks and works!! Arik and his team are very professional, competent and were a true pleasure to have in our house every day. They arrived on time, were always polite, answered all of our questions, made sure our sleeping area in the bedroom was protected from all the construction dust, cleaned up each evening before they left. Arik told us the job would take 2 to 2.5 weeks and it took exactly 2! The only thing left is the glass doors for the shower. Arik brings in the glass guy Rene who measures, discusses what we want, and then orders it for us. When the glass doors are ready to be installed, Arik will come back with Rene to oversee the installation. Arik's price was quite reasonable for the job, and he stuck with it!! There weren't any real unexpected challenges, but he did a few things extra to make sure the job was done right and did not charge any more than his original quote. Please note the below for expectations for Porcelonosa There is no free shipping. Any shipping is a minimum cost of $125 because they deliver by the pallet and no other way. Each pallet can hold up to 2,000 lbs. Another option is driving up to New Jersey Warehouse to pick up the items on your own to avoid the $125 shipping fee. I would only suggest this if it's a few items. Vanity and tile material are suggested to be shipped on two different pallets, so please be mindful that your cost will be $250 for shipping. Their reasoning is the vanity will be easily damaged if they are fitted on the same pallet. When putting your order together, be sure to include the cost of ordering extra material. Special orders take time to be shipped from Spain to USA, and will not be available for pick up or delivery for an estimated 5-7 weeks. This will put some serious delays on your renovation project. They do not have an products for sale at the showroom locations. They all come from their warehouse in New Jersey. Curbside delivery is the only availability. If you live in an apartment building, they will NOT bring the material up to your unit. We had two major issues. 1) they charged us for shipping twice bc all items were ready but one and If you break up the shipping you pay twice. That second shipping was supposed to come on a specific day and time so hired contractor to come that day and they cancelled it saying "the truck never left". They refused refund that extra shipping fee. 2) they just flat out ordered the wrong size sink. They match the sink to the vanity you chose and they just ordered the wrong which delayed the project by over a week. Basically this place doesn't care about the customer but the vanities are nice.

We hired Victor and his team for tricky drywall mud, priming, and painting work that involved…read morere-flattening walls, which had significant texture on them that we wanted gone. We'd also asked that they try to do the work with minimal dust generation, since someone was still living in the unit while the work was being done, which is difficult since mud application usually involves multiple rounds of dry sanding. Getting the walls flat without the dry sanding process is harder to do, and they still did an incredible job with it. Victor and his team delivered - to an extraordinarily level of quality, while being on time and on budget, with great communication throughout the process. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism demonstrated by the Menjivar team.
