A transaction where both parties do what they're supposed to do - without an onerous deposit or lecture from the business owner in advance. Recently I picked up a used Tesla for guests starting g with us. Just seems simpler to have a car for them to use, rather than calling Hertz. Normally, I would do a window tinting application closer to home in case there are problems...
