I have used primescapes two separate times for two different properties. One was a medium size project, and the latter was a pretty significant, roughly 5 or 6-month project which compromised of full yard renovations, outdoor kitchen, landscaping, and patio cover. Here is what I love about Primescapes: they put in the time to develop a design up front. I was able to work with the team to explain basic ideas, and then they ran with it and created a video that got us really excited. From there, we changed loads of things throughout the process based on how things played out and how it felt. Some folks would be annoyed by constant modifications, but they were great to work with, and the outcome was really beautiful. We did have some issues with the roof of the patio cover, but it was easy to work with the team to resolve, and I wouldn't let that impact the rating. stuff happens!! Andy and his crew did a great job trimming overgrown bushes & trees and cleaning out leaves that were thick in the beds The yard was in dire need of a major cleanup and Andy did just that! He bagged leaves, loaded tree limbs and hauled it all away. I will definitely be using him again both in my mom's yard as well as for some projects I have in mind for my own yard!
