However I cannot find them anywhere located in that area. The owner is Albert Luis Ruiz as he made out to himself when given 50% up front required. He should have put the check in the Company name, not to himself. I made sure the final check was made out to American Concrete. The work was unacceptable. The material his worker put in the cracks did not hold. They washed out. I had to hire a second contractor to fill in the cracks when he refused to communicate. I paid him a total of $2700 for the job.

The $3K did not include materials. It is not a big job, and I have done this myself in past homes. As you can see in his response below that he never intended to follow-up yet lead me to believe he would send an estimate and to send him pictures.
