Just over a month ago we contacted Santiago (ATX Prestige) about an upgrade to our unusable, barely functional back yard. Our yard had a large dip in the middle and a slope by the fence line. The next day I received a follow up to schedule a consultation and a few weeks later we have our amazing backyard! Santiago Father/Son team were very polite & professional...quickly made a fair bid with a simple layout graphic design we agreed on with the step by step process... Snow storm outages made the process last a little longer than anticipated but they were out as it cleared... Team worked hard & professional but the foreman had a bit of an attitude when I questioned or changed what he thought it should be but we worked through it, he wasn't here that much after the project started....but he was quick to add cost when I wanted something done my way but with common sense conversion, they made it work to my pleasing... They also fixed what the team may of missed and/or messed up, the only thing that was not done as promised was a plumbing clean-out cover that was broke when installing the side rock wall, but I can't sweat the small stuff too much... ATX Prestige built out a tiered retaining wall yard for us. They worked with us when our HOA required changes and ATX Prestige made suggestions that made the yard even better than what we originally had planned. They suggested stone options, flower bed options, and so much more. While they did not do certain things like sprinklers, they were extremely accommodating with the other vendors I brought in to work along side them.
