Quick & affordable Oil Changes was in & out in 20 minutes on the oil change of my Toyota Rav 4.

I would not recommend this shop! They handle their business in a shady manner! I had a piece of metal in one of my tires and went to buy a used tire but was told I can't just replace one tire on an AWD vehicle. So I bought 4 used tires from a shop near me because I didn't have over $1,000 for new tires. I brought my car to Prime Shield to get the four used tires I bought, mounted and balanced. They told me the tires tread was not good and wouldn't pass inspection, and one of them had a tear and wouldn't hold air. We agreed they would keep my tires on and I would return the used tires. But they chose to put three of the used tires on and one of my old tires. I told them that left me in the same predicament I was in already. They insisted that I pay $171.26 because they did the work! Not only did the tech say the tires were not good enough to pass inspection, but the manager Tom said they were in bad condition as well. I paid because I needed my car but, I let them know I was going to call the owner in the morning. The next day, the manager Tom had an attitude with my son and I. We asked for the owner Sam, and he said he would be in later. We stopped in again and he said Sam wasn't there. So, I asked him to please have Sam call me. He never did, so I called close to closing and the woman at the front desk, Robin, answered and said Sam was gone for the day. I let her know that I feel they should put my original tires back on and I wanted a refund because they knowingly put bad tires on my car and charged me $40 per tire. She started raising her voice, which was VERY unprofessional, as is her attire, to sit at a front desk, with her chest on FULL display. My son had to interject and ask her to lower her voice. I let her know that, had she said, the tires were already on when we noticed the tread, can you pay us something for their time, that would have been understandable. OR had she said, those tires won't pass inspection, but we can order you some new tires for x amount, that would have been appropriate. BUT, to go and put them on after they said they wouldn't pass inspection? That's shady!!! She said she would have Sam call me, and he never did! Apparently they have been open since November, but haven't gotten their license to do state inspections! Wonder why? Anyway, I would avoid this shop because they don't operate in an honest and trustworthy manner. read more

They have New owners, and they're very unprofessional and disrespectful! they don't follow policies they make there on rules up as they go. I would like to know if he owns the building or can i reach out to cooperate because he needs team management i dropped my car off at 10:00am. They NEVER called me to picked it back up at 4:30, 30 mins before they closed i called and TOM the manager said i can pick it up but i would have to pay $140 to tell where the leak is why didn't anyone call me to pick my car up if nothing was being done and my appointment was at 10AM!!!!!! i pulled off the lot with a smoking car and no coolant in my car and with a leak they made me a receipt to cover there behind that says no work was done to my car just in case it mess up while driving it out DONT GO THERE !!!!!!! read more

Seems there is a new owner/tenant or business here and it was a bit of a sh*t show. Called on a Tuesday for a small replacement window, I paid a deposit and they said it would be there same day. Thursday rolls around and nothing. I call in again to check, and they said sorry, she was sick but it will definitely be in tomorrow so I made an appointment at 930am Friday. I show up and they have no idea who I am or what I'm there for. Sat around for awhile and turns out the window wasnt even in, but they already removed my old one. So now I have plastic wrap and duct tape over my window. Brandy, who was my main contact but never really was in-office, says she will detail my car for the inconvenience, I thought that was nice. Friday comes and goes. No word from them at all. I have to call in Monday afternoon to check in and get in later that day to have it fixed. Brandy never returned my call or text Friday or Monday, and I still havent heard from her, so I guess the detailing offer was just to keep me quiet. Finally when I was checking out, they tried to charge me the full amount but I had to remind them and show them that I already paid the deposit. Needed a replacement windshield for an OLD Silverado. Brandy provided a quote & ordered it on the spot; arrived at 2 pm the same day (I called at 9:30 am). I had an inspection scheduled for the next day at 10:30 am for this vehicle. It would never have happened had Brandy and Sam not been who we selected for this service. Brandy called us three times to ensure we knew we could drop- off early and pick-up late. Sam and his crew were full of curtosy and kindess. The windsheild is flawless, price fantastic, speed unmatched. Don't spend $1,000 bucks on the guys that come to you, when you can spend a fraction of that here. 19 Covil Ave is where she sent us. We'll absolutely be using these two teams again in the future.
