This company provides an "order request", your tickets are not confirmed or guaranteed. I have never had an order that panned out. All orders have fallen through, and I did not receive tickets. If you want to go, don't buy from them. They did refund my money and were very polite when they let me know they couldn't help me with any other inventory for this event. They couldn't waive their fee since ticket prices were much higher. They were very nice when they told me they would do nothing to help. They did remind me that my "order" was just a request, not an actual order. Try that as a waiter, Uber driver, insurance salesperson or any other occupation. It's terrible of them to prevent sellers from keeping four tickets together. If I had wanted to sell the tickets in pairs, I would have listed them that way! Event promoters take note. Sales on Flash Seats is much better. Flash seats even allows buyers to bid on seats at below the list price, and it allows sellers to accept bids. Prime Sports is second rate. Not only that, but sometimes they tie up your tickets for hours while they verify buyer details. During this time, you have no access to your tickets, the public does not see them (so no one else can buy them), and as the event time gets closer, if the sale for some reason does not go through, they have at best seriously devalued your tickets. Purchased super bowl tickets with a "Patriot's Fan PreGame Party". I paid extra for the Patriots party versus the generic pregame party because it was advertised in such a way that it was only going to be Patriots. The rep on the phone even said the week of the party that the venue hadn't been selected yet because it depends on how many Patriot fans there are. I was hoodwinked. The generic pregame party tickets were cheaper yet this party that was supposed to be for Patriots was for everyone. I could've purchased the generic party pass for cheaper and had the same result. Prime Sport is now On Location On location sucked! You were supposed to get as they they said Tail Gate style foods. In Buffalo NY NCAA Tournament all you got was chicken tenders and salad along with 2 free drinks. I had to leave the Lexus room where TVs were only CCTV to get something to eat. Seats were up in the 3rd tier. The seat I got , should have paid for outright and saved about $100. read more

We purchased tickets to the upcoming NASCAR Championship from Primesport. The problem is that the COVID19 conditions in Phoenix have gotten terrible in the past couple of weeks. We are both in our 60's and have diabetes so flying to this event in a COVID hotspot is something we can't risk doing. I tried to get a refund, but all they were willing to CONSIDER was to put a portion of our purchase to a future event. So another company that is all about getting your money and they could not care less about their customers. We will never do business with them again and would encourage you to look elsewhere as well. read more

After hearing my experience, she authorize the full refund of both my ticket orders. I appreciate it when a company realizes their error and makes an exception to policy to make things right. Was so excited we purchased another set for friends for a total of 4 tickets. I found out through a different website that the tickets I was sold was for the JUNIOR practice day. Nowhere in their description of these tickets did it mention it would be for the juniors and not the pros. I tried reaching out to them the next day by both phone and email. Several attempts to reach them went unanswered. I tried to re-list the tickets but couldn't because I had no idea when I would receive the tickets from them. Again, calls and emails went unanswered. Then COVID-19 hit and I finally had a glimmer of hope that the event would be cancelled and I would receive a refund - NOPE! The event was "postponed" till next year and I am being given no option for refund. They are giving the option to re-sell the tickets at a later date at which time they will take their commission and fees on tickets I bought from them in the first place, and that is IF they sell. Just bought super bowl tickets. I worked with Michelle on the phone and she was very helpful in finding tickets for me in my price range and location. I understand ticket brokers are in the business to make money so you expect to pay premium prices, especially for an event like the super bowl. They are shipping the tickets overnight so I should receive them in plenty of time before the game. All in all a great experience. read more

My first event with Primesport was for the 2016 Peach Bowl. I went with the UW sanctioned organizer as I was concerned about getting a motel room and game tickets. It costs me dearly. I did the math and with backing out the ticket costs, pep rally and College Football Hall of Fame tickets included in the packaged deal, I figure the hotel room costs me around $450 a night in a hotel that I won't stay in again. Now I know. Next time, I'll get my own hotel room on line, and game tickets through the school. Although using Primesports made it easy, it wasn't worth the costs. read more

Not many customers seem to be shopping Primesport. If selling, watch the rules. You often can't sell the tickets for below an "arbitrary" floor. This is bad for sellers and buyers. Empty seats last minute. Bottom line. Use another ticket service. read more

For the cost, this was a extremely disappointing . Event was Martinsville Race. The Marriott location was not convenient to anything...The Saturday race was general admission, so you had a choice. For the Sunday race, the face value of ticket was $51 and the location was B France section facing the sun. The only positive, good transport to track. Will never use this service again... read more

BEWARE of PrimeSports. I bought NCAA tickets to college basketball tournament and guaranteed 4 tickets for my family would be together as stated in the description. When we got to our seats, there was a 4 ft aisle in between one of the seats and the rest. I contacted PrimeSports immediately and they said to take a picture of aisle. I did that and sent to them that night. After trying to get a hold of them for the next two weeks, they would not do anything. Their guarantee of tickets means nothing. read more

My wife and I selected a PrimeSport package for the 2021 Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game back in February 2020. We went though a local travel company after researching the trip we wanted. We paid a 15% deposit toward the total costs with the remaining amount due by October 15, 2020. We were looking forward to this specific trip as it was high on our bucket list. Unfortunately, Covid-19 affected the US in ways unimagined at the time of our booking the tours. We purchased insurance, as well, to cover reimbursement, should we not be able to go on the trip due to many possible reasons listed in the policy. In late July/early August, the Rose Parade was cancelled. PrimeSport's website specifically stated that if the event were cancelled, refunds would be given. I personally called PrimeSport and was told that if we cancelled we would not get our deposit back. I reiterated that the event is cancelled and their website states refunds in that case. I was told that since the Rose Bowl Game was not cancelled and it was part of our package the refund policy does not apply. I told them that our main reason was the Rose Parade and added the Rose Bowl Game as a last resort as we would be there in Pasadena. They refused to give a refund. I contacted the travel company in September, they called PrimeSport and were told the same thing about the refund. They asked that the travel company wait until October to see if the Rose Bowl Game would not be played. In that case they would refund the deposit. I asked the travel company to call PrimeSport in October and travel agent was told a refund would be issued 30 days from that date. I know from experience in the business world it does not take 30 days to refund back to a credit card. Here are the issues, they have had my deposit since February, reaping the benefit of interest if invested, failed to live up to their own policy for cancelled events, and handing out BS every time I or the travel company called. I will never book another event with Prime Sport and would not recommend Prime Sport to anyone due to their business practices. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere. BTW, our refund was issued 30 days later, as stated. read more

Did the VIP Talladega package! Had a fantastic time - Laura and Kevin took great care of us. The Suite was great, the transportation worked like a charm, PitPasses were loads of fun, and I especially enjoyed being up close and personal for the Driver Introductions. We had one small issue in the suite, but Kevin and Laura remediated it immediately, which that's all anyone can ask for when issues come your way. Thanks Primesports, Laura and Kevin! read more

We worked with Primesports for the Ryder Cup in Europe, 2018. NEVER AGAIN. The upgrade to the tent was quite expensive for average food and beverage choices. It may have been worth $75-100, definitely was not worth the $450 charged. The worst part of the experience was the transportation, they did not confirm with the bus drivers where to go ahead of time. The driver merged on to a very obviously stopped highway only to spend an hour getting off the next exit because the highway was closed. After 2+ hours to get to the venue (that was 45 minutes away) the driver had no information on the location of the drop off point. We spent 45 minutes driving around and asking the police if they happened to know. If we wouldn't have finally found someone with the correct information I don't know that we would have actually been there in time to watch any golf. And the buses they contracted with did not not have bathrooms. Just an overall less than 1 star experience. read more

Purch'd a pair of SB-52 tix from PrimeSport on 1/29/2018. I was very apprehensive because I've never used a ticket broker before. Now that the event is over, I can confidently say that PrimeSport was exactly as advertised. This included tix (and delivery to me), and the pre-party. They sent e-mail updates, which were helpful. All of the people with PrimeSport were friendly & knowledgeable. I will consider using them in the future. My only complaint: the wrong team won. read more

Went to NCAA Men's basketball games at Hartford Ct. The hospitality room was so poorly run and provided such poor food and "snacks" (popcorn, tater tots, ) and had only ONE bar setup manned by Only 3 people. This bar situation resulted in lines 30-40 people long and a 10-15 minute wait. When I asked a so called site manager the SECOND Night of the tourney why the bar situation wasn't corrected she said that they asked the caterer to put up a second bar and they said they couldn't. I mean CUMMON ! You couldn't find a second table, cooler for ice, and three people smart enough to pour draft beer, wine, soda, and make a rum and coke In ALL OF THE CITY OF HARTFORD!!!
