The at-fault party's insurance company was terrible to communicate with, but shout out to Jacob at Relux, who was great throughout and took over communication with the insurance company. Jacob updated me throughout the process, and I never had to call to get an update, which was refreshing. The repair turned out great- the bumper looks like brand new. They even took care of small scratches that weren't part of the accident because they were polishing anyway, and did me a favor. All in all, very impressed. The accident was stressful, but Relux definitely made it a little less stressful.
