Despite meeting these exact requirements, I was told that 16-year-olds cannot actually have memberships here. It is completely unacceptable for a business to refuse service based on internal policies that directly contradict the explicit terms published on their own website. Save yourself the hassle and go to a gym that actually honors its own public rules.

You can see the sludge in there and honestly just quick hose down every day with the right cleaning solution would do it, it has a drain so it's not too hard haha. Sometimes the pool smells horrendous haha like wayyy too many chemicals, maybe use local biz Mr Pool - they're amazing for pools indoor and out, as well as the hot tub. The music kinda sucks they play but it's generic gym music so you can't really complain. I love it here, they have a good sized area for everything you need. What if you want to have real conversations and interact with other humans? Not possible. YIKES!

Your GPS will send you to a parking garage, which is the correct parking garage. The Lifetime pool is to the right of the entrance so if you are looking at the gate of the pool, you're heading the right way. This Lifetime is single story one level and my favorite part is the indoor lap pool, hot tub, cold plunge steam room, and sauna combination. The kitchen here is not a full-service kitchen, so you'll find lots of snacks and easy things like avocado toast. I do love the booths here. They're super aesthetic and comfy. I also like the GTX/ultra fit room. I can't wait to come back to take a class here. Lots of spots open the picture that I took only shows half the room so just double the spots. The treadmills were next-level too. They even had a setting where it feels like you're pushing a sled. And the recovery area....Unreal. Massages, deep stretching, pneumatic leg recovery--the works. This is the kind of place you look forward to coming back to again and again. First impressions matter, and this one was straight-up number one. Unfortunately, I've been a bit disappointed overall. When you first walk in, there are usually several staff members at the front desk. The staff I've interacted with are always polite and helpful when they notice you, though they often appear to be chatting among themselves or on their phones. My main concerns are with the facilities. Most of the TVs are usually set to the same sports channel showing the same game. Occasionally one is on the news without subtitles, and another often seems stuck on the same Bob Ross rerun. Many of the treadmills are frequently out of order, which can be frustrating. As for the massage beds, only one or two are usually working, and even then the pressure is sometimes very weak. I've also noticed that many members don't wipe down equipment after use. It would be helpful if staff could gently remind people of this. Because of these issues, I plan to downgrade to the $10/month membership, as the higher tier doesn't feel worth $35 to me

I worked with a personal trainer for a few months and had a very good experience. The trainer was professional, knowledgeable, and one of the highlights of my membership. Unfortunately, my biggest frustration has been with customer service and communication. Crunch still owes me money, and despite multiple emails and attempts to resolve the issue, I have received little to no response. I have spent far too much time and energy trying to recover funds that should have been returned long ago. The lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. I had considered rejoining when I return to Boulder this August, but this experience has left me questioning whether member loyalty and customer satisfaction are truly valued. Problems happen in any business, but ignoring customers when those problems arise is what ultimately damages trust. I have also attempted to contact Crunch corporate for assistance. Unfortunately, the phone number provided directs callers to a message stating that it is not monitored. If there's a better deal for a gym in Boulder, I've not found it yet.

The membership cost is worth the level of work out you get in each class and the incredible people. I'm sad that I can't attend this gym anymore due to moving. Scheduling on the app is easy. The only negative is that sometimes during busy hours parking at the boulder location can be challenging. I hope to go back to this gym occasionally. My favorite instructors are Natasha, Ryan, Raleigh, Bryan, Tess, Adria and Justin.

The class was definitely amazing for myself as we did court length warm ups including lunges, lunge twists, galloping, basketball drills as well as running. The class was thrown together just for us and I did enjoy the class. I gave a lower rating because there was limited modifications for the people in the group who were at a different place in their fitness journey. I saw many possible injuries as well as people becoming disappointed in themselves. Other than that everything was fun and I worked up an incredible sweat!! The facility appeared picked up and tidy but not necessarily clean which isn't a big deal to me because it's a gym with many amenities including: 3 outdoor tennis courts, indoor track, stretch jungle gym, basketball court, 2 lap pools, one indoor and one outdoor, saunas and jacuzzis in the locker rooms (separate so you can't relax with hubby), cafe, a cardio area, a weights area, several rooms for class instruction, many stretching areas, racquetball courts (no upper plexiglass back walls), private workout nooks for people who are self conscious, several seating areas and ample parking. They serve alcohol here which is weird and there were several people napping around the gym. The snacks and shakes appeared pretty basic and could fulfil a post workout craving. The people were all very nice. The leader of the tour seemed like she didn't know anything about fitness or how to tour a gym so hopefully you know your way around a gym! The cost is $126 for use of this gym only, there are time restrictions on the pool areas but they offer several greatly described classes most days of the week. It costs $156 for use of all facilities in the state.
