I'm sorry I have to write this but the way you handled your customer service deserves this negative review. My pizza arrived so soggy that I couldn't even pick it up. An overabundance of toppings ( I only ordered 3) very unappealing. I called to ask for a refund explaining the situation and the manager said we can only give you a credit because you ordered online. They offered me to come pick up a new pizza. So, now I have to wait another 50 minutes, use my gas and time to go pick up a 2nd pizza because your employees let that 1st pizza go out the door, which in my opinion that should have never been delivered! Needless to say, I declined picking up the 2nd pizza. The manager processed to tell me that we will give you a credit and deliver you a pizza. I said great! Ten minutes later I get a text saying "Unfortunately, Primo Pizza has an emergency, we we've canceled your order. We'll email you with further details." Never got an email, never got a 2nd pizza and I'll see if I get a credit. Just a terrible way to do business. So unfortunate. read more

Went in for slices many times, always different consistency and just not good! Last time sauce was way sweet and crust really tough and oddly had some weird texture on bottom like it has some weird hard edges on bottom. Not good and almost not edible! They need to do quality checks! read more

This little shop does a good job making gluten free pizza that has never made my partner ill (she's very sensitive). I thought the gf pizza tasted OK; my partner thought it was wonderful. It comes in one size, 8 cut, which was plenty for the two of us. Good job! read more

It's ok. More than edible. We get it when we want something fast (we live right around the corner). It looks like a lot of people have knocked them for poor customer service, which is part of the reason why we always pick up, never have it delivered. Also, I would give it three stars if it was a little bit less expensive, even a couple dollars per pie. It's just hard for me that they charge the same price as 9 Miles East, which just a few miles away and absolutely phenomenal pizza (and bigger than Primo's, too). read more

Yeah this place isn't great at all got a 24 cut but instead got 2 "12 cut" pizzas. Some of the pieces are the size of the palm of my hand. The quality is pretty much go to Walmart buy dough, sauce and cheese and can make one yourself. A little extra flour like I made it myself. The wings are decent. Please do not buy from here. 24 cut was 23.98 and 50 wings are 39.99. that's 68 dollars too much for a pizza that I could practically make myself! Ugh! Ordered a 14" cheese pizza and it was bad. I've had a pepperoni pizza from Dominos and it didn't have as much grease as Primo's cheese pizza. Not my favorite by a long shot. read more

The pizza at Primos is pretty good. Certainly not going to knock your socks off, but it's ok. Here is the problem.... you pay the typical $13 for an 8 cut round pizza, but it's half a pizza. Honestly, I have never seen such a small 8 cut pizza before. It's basically a small, personal pizza. The pizza they sell by the slice is your normal size pizza. Maybe I went on an off day, but we ordered pizza and ended up throwing it out. The sausage was horrible and the entire bottom of the pizza was burnt. It was cold and overall not good at all. I don't know if I will try this establishment again, but if I do I will adjust my rating. Until then I really can't justify anything to give it more credit than it deserves. read more

The pizza is better than average but I feel it pretends to be better than it is. The eggplant sub is expensive and tasteless. I got a chicken parm sub once - the chicken was overcooked and a dark brown color. Prices? Kinda high! I particularly resent the fact the garlic knots are like $6 for an order - and they suck. They try to sell their sauce as though it's good enough to buy by the jar. I think it's overpriced and is allowed to be because they other pizza joints in the area aren't good. The owner and the help aren't friendly, so don't expect much welcome banter. The owner's is cold and distant, almost rude, not that I was looking to become friends with the guy. Very uncomfortable. Between the high prices and unfriendly workers, go elsewhere. read more

Update your menus and website to reflect what you sell! Called to order 50 wings and was told that you only sell them by the dozen? Really? So it will be almost $10 more than your posted prices? Pizza is okay. $10 for a sandwich is too much, but they are pretty decent, which is why I continue to get them. Generally, their times estimates are poor, which is why this isn't a good review. Specific example, I called ahead, they said 20 mins, I get there after 25 minutes and have to wait for 10 more minutes to get a sandwich. read more

This is the first time we have ordered here, and will be the last. After a 30 minute wait for pickup, for an order just containing a chicken wrap, a ham sub, a cheese pizza, and fried ravioli, and there were several problems with the order. The ham sub that was supposed to have no mayonnaise was "re-made" by simply scraping off most of the mayo from it. This alone seemed unacceptable. The chicken wrap was completely soupy and wet from what seemed like the juice of canned peppers. It looked unappetizing, and could only be eaten with a fork. It was bland and had no texture. The pizza was thin with very little bread, sauce, or cheese. The flavor was decent. The best part of the meal was the fried ravioli which were hot, but also not incredibly flavorful. Umm. Primo' isn't primo. Go to Stewart's down the street. Pretty much the same thing. Asked to have two slices heated up to crisp up the crust. Said it was a new pizza so I wouldn't need to. She reluctantly walked it back to kitchen with two slices. Close to ten minutes later she returns without the pizza then goes back to get it. Yuuup. Soggier than anything. Have gone here a few times, some for pickup and some for delivery. When I went for pickup, it always seems to take 15 or 20 minutes longer then they tell me over the phone so I always have to wait. For delivery, the last time they told me 45 minutes then called me 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered to tell me it would be another 35 minutes. Service is non existent. You will stand up front for 10 minutes before someone comes and you never get greeted. Slices are so old they have begun to curl, and there is no variety. Ordered 2 Speciality pizzas. One Cheesesteak and the other Maui. The cheesesteak lacked steak. I needed a microscope to find the one piece of meat on the 12 cut pizza. The Maui lacked ham as well and was actually wet because the pineapple wasn't drained properly. I live practically across the street and I rarely order from here. I haven't in almost a year and decided to try again. That was a mistake. It took an hour and 20 mins to receive a delivery.when the food arrived it was missing ingredients like it does every single time I have ever ordered. It's frustrating. The food is OK but expensive and is never consistent. They wouldn't deliver across the street without a 20 dollar order and mine was only 16 so I had to order an appetizer which I took one bite of and tasted like really dirty grease! I threw it out. Customer service is awful. First 2 or 3 times we tried this place the wait time was ridiculous but not that big of a deal. Then I called one day to place an order. A girl picked up and said "hold". I was on hold for 7 minutes and then I heard the phone pick up and then hung up. I called back and it just rang and rang. Waited 5 minutes, called back and was immediately told to hold. Spent 4 minutes on hold and finally I hung up. This was about a year ago. The other day I followed a man in and we just stood there. There was a female that looked out at us multiple times. Their pizza and subs are good. Service is mixed- the owner can get angry when you ask questions the staff can't answer, but the staff is friendly but seem overwhelmed many times. The kitchen can sometimes be spot on or forget to add ingredients to an item- garlic bread with cheese that didn't actually have cheese. My experience with Primo was takeout. We were trying to feed a large group and ordered 24 cuts. The pizza is average, I've hade better. The problem is the box contained two small 12 cut pizzas, so they aren't actually 24's. So 3 stars for me, just average pizza, not the best value read more
