Incapable of creating a sandwich as described. Ordered Nona's Veggie (breaded eggplant, broccoli rabe, roasted red pepper and sharp provolone). Got unbreaded eggplant with two slices of provolone, lettuce and a ton of onions. This happened TWICE. Called to complain and after denying the order had come from their store, told me the sandwich maker was new and couldn't read. Our order was $51. NEVER again! read more

I ordered on line for a business lunch meeting for 12 people for today. I ordered 3 days in advance. I called this morning at 10 AM to confirm my order and to ensure that they would deliver on time. Whoever answered the phone was short and seemed irritated that I would call. I confirmed the time I needed delivery. I prepaid with a credit card and added a 20% tip. At the pre-set time of delivery., they did not show up. I had 12 employees waiting to eat and a meeting waiting to start. 10 minutes later I called and again a very unfriendly voice told me that the delivery person just left with my order a few minutes ago. (Note. They are 7 minutes from my office.) 35 minutes later, the delivery person showed up. They were 45 minutes late. I asked the driver if he got any of the tip I had left. He said no, that that went to the food prepares in the store. So I tipped him again. There is no excuse for being late on an order that was done in plenty of time for them to be ready and a confirmation call 2.5 hours before they were to deliver. I will not deal with them again, and it is not a loss, as I am not fond of their subs anyway. read more

My very picky daughter had the chicken parm she ate the entire sub. She never does that. We will be back That review was from a month ago we (5 of us)had subs today (6-25-2020) again they were GREAT! I just walked in your store with my friend and walked to sit down and noticed the sitting area was not cleaned at all ! I mean it was nasty we found maybe 2 table clean so we walked to the back and sat down as my friend stated the place was not clean . I said must have been a party . We looked around while we decided to go somewhere else and as we walked away a woman walk over to the dinning yelling I'm only one person and was very disrespectful so we decided to speak with the manager and as we told her what happened the manager had a black look on her face and apologized while the waitress was still running her mouth . I've lived in this area for over 45 years and it's the 1st time I've experienced such ignorance and disrespect, whatever her problem was it's on you I won't be spending my Whole family money here anymore, They had plenty of employees in the store at the time of my visit. Coming in on a rainy day with low expectations after my horrendous experience with the new location in somerspoint. I was greeted with smiles & people who were enthusiastic to work even on a slow Monday morning. I'm vegetarian & extremely picky, the tall young man in the front took his time showing me through the menu to help me figure out exactly what was best for me. It's a shame this place gets such bad reviews.. I've been ordering hoagies here for over 6 years, DEFINITELY the best in the area. No contest. Every time I've ordered or gone there they've been super nice and quick. My order hasn't been botched ever. They even wrapped up a hoagie for me to take on a flight to Louisiana. They wrapped meat, cheese and roll separately and had sides of lto so it wouldn't get soggy. Their Italian hoagie is frigging phenomenal. I've never had an issue with the freshness of the bread or anything else. I'd be pretty sad if they closed as their hoagies are one of my favorite foods. read more

My wife and I used to love this place. Subs were a bit pricier than most sub shops around, but it used to be well worth it. There was always a ton of meat and cheese stuffed in the always fresh bread. (I knew it was fresh because I was once told I couldn't order for at least another hour until the Rolls were delivered. I was super appreciative of their honesty and dedication to quality.). Apparently they are under new ownership and have really cut back. The past few times we have ordered from there have been worse and worse. Today was the kicker. I got a shwartzie. Corned beef, Swiss, cole slaw, and Russian dressing. There was hardly any meat on the sub, and the cole slaw was a shadow of what it used to be. My wife got an Italian with L/T/O. Hers was like a salad on a roll, with sparse italian meats spread throughout. Less than a half inch thick of meats and cheese. Terrible. And to make everything worse, the rolls were crunchy. As if they were sitting around for a couple of days. Unfortunately we won't be back, unless they can get back to the quality product of the past. read more

Never again!! Not a fan of the in store half baked bread. Once upon a time Primo used Sarcone bread for their sandwiches, nowadays they use a bread that is delivered to them half baked and they finish baking them as needed. Twice now I got a "medium rare" roll and promptly threw it in the trash. Primo needs to rethink this bread issue, plenty of good Italian bakeries around for bread. read more

Have ordered from here many times. I used to love this place they had the best sandwich in town. Unfortunately, when you choose to let children run your business for you with no proper management things change. About a month ago, called and tried to place an order they told me no delivery driver for an hour. I patiently waited and called back an hour and ten minutes later Where they proceeded to tell me again they would not have a Delivery driver for another hour. My husband and I gave up that point decided to order from somewhere else. Fast forward to today, placed an order at 3:30 PM at 4:43 PM over an hour later still had not received our delivery so decided to make a phone call. I was told that our delivery driver had been here and knocked on the door and no one answered, and that he had called as well. Here's the problem with that. We were home the whole time no one knocked on the door. My husband had been out front for most of that time and no driver had arrived. And the worst part about the lie is that no one ever called us To ask us for a correct address or where we were located, Like a normal delivery driver or business manager would have done. So, we decided to drive down there and pick the sandwiches up ourselves. The two kids working and by kids I mean every time I call or go over there they have kids 18 and under running the shop. And they have their friends hanging out in there too. So, They try To hand me cold sandwiches that are supposed to be hot and had been sitting on the counter. I refuse them and ask them to remake my order and of course pay full price. Once again while in the store they tried to tell me he had been at my house and called. My husband proceeds to tell him that never happened we have been home the whole time and we even show him on my phone that no one has called us. Nothing like adding insult to injury. It's unfortunate I really liked ordering from this place but I won't go back this time. Management is lacking and it's taking a serious toll on this business. Sad. read more

We order from Primo's regularly in the Bucks County area so we decided to get a party trY of hoagies for a birthday party. What. Disappointment. Hoagies were no very disappointing and didn't get one thing with them. No peppers, onions, mayo, oil..... NOTHING. And the bread, which is the best part of their hoagies, had no taste.
