My goal is not to get the workers at this location in trouble, but to recommend change. We just ordered food from this location and when we went to pick it up, 4/5 workers were wearing their masks below their nose or chin as they were preparing the food and talking to the customers. This is unacceptable behavior when preparing other people's food. We threw away our food. read more

I just love primo. They deliver to the beach and take credit card which is hard to come by in SIC. I recommend the veggie diablo.

I placed an order through GrubHub and after 2 hours I still never received my delivery. The most disappointing a part about it was this Primos what's that just open in Sea Isle Citykept their phone off the hook for those two hours so they didn't have to answer any calls. After waiting for my food for 2 hours I eventually had GrubHub cancel the entire order. It goes without saying I will never be ordering from this restaurant again. Taking accountability for your mistakes as opposed to completely ignoring your customers is grounds did never give them another dime of my business. read more

Every employee besides the guy running the register either didn't have a mask on or had it down over his chin. 2 guys had bandanas on their necks. It's the food service industry - you need to be more diligent about this. Very bad look for a chain restaurant. read more

One word: Trash. This wanna be south philly shop sells subpar hoagies but their crappy customer service really adds to the quality. Ordered a mozz prosciutto tomato...three ingredients. They forgot mozz. I called back to see if they could remake me one, receive giggles from a you g girl on the phone who said "guess you could walk back here". Not even an apology. Primo Hoagies is my favorite restaurant for lunch! I have been in at least once per week all summer long. I have tried a lot of the sandwiches on their menu and none of been short of amazement. I can't wait to finish the rest of the menu! Service is fantastic with a very caring and homelike feel and they will smile even through the busiest of days. The owner is one of the most delightful people to ever have a conversation with and he chooses his workers carefully as you can tell from the smiles and service. I highly recommend Primo Hoagies Sea Isle for anyone who wants a great hoagie with meat cut right in front of you and for you. read more

Ill preface this otherwise negative review with this: Primos is in my opinion the best place to get sandwhichs whether down the shore or back home period. The experience that I had below is an outlier of the experience I've had previous at this location which would be favorable. Long story short, they made my sandwich wrong twice. I gave up and resigned to eating what I got because stuff happens, no big deal. I called up to let the woman who took my order know that the person making the sandwich "Big T Diablo" made it wrong again and a male told me confrontationally that he was the one who took my order and that I ordered a Big T and not the Big T Diablo (both accounts false: 1) that he took my order 2) that I ordered a big t) I'm a computer programmer. if you know what that means then you know that attention to detail is required and as such it transcends other aspects of everyday life. This includes not typically making seemingly simple mistakes syntactically to say a Big T and not a Big T Diablo. That said, the order being wrong was not what compelled me to pen this review rather the male telling me that he took my order. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service of that individual (supposedly the manager.) I was going to use public record to obtain the contact information of the franchise owner but I recognize that people with bad customer service skills naturally sort themselves out of employment given enough time and ill probably steer clear of Primos for a while. read more

Great! Delivers to beach! They get really busy, so it can take over an hour for delivery. Pasta salads are really good.

Sandwiches are solid...staff is kind of rude and they messed up the order but overall good food.

Oh, Primo Hoagies - you complete me! I've been to several locations over the years, but this was my first visit to the Sea Isle City shop and I was not disappointed. The rolls here are amazingly soft and the meats/cheeses are fresh as fresh can be. This time, we split a ham and cheese and the diablo veggie. The ham was tasty and piled high; the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were fresh and crispy. The diablo veggie is one of my favorites and hit the spot just right. They deliver to the beach! No need to leave your spot. You just can't beat it! If you haven't been to Primo Hoagies before and you're looking for a quality sandwich, definitely check this place out! read more

Great hoagie place from the philly area. Not the fastest place for subs but they slice the meat for each sub so that's to be expected.

These guys don't have their act together. There are long waits and their hours are always posted wrong on their website. They're mildly better in the summer than in the offseason. The other day I called to make an order and got a busy signal. Then we made an order online and when we went up there to pick it up they informed us that they took the phone off the hook because they were too busy. The next day I tried to make an order online and they had shut down the capability for customers to order online. They work until they feel like they're done rather than according to whatever the hours posted say. If you don't feel like dealing with the hassle on your vacation, go with another sandwich shop. read more

We were so excited to get hoagies from here because our last experience was awesome. Unfortunately their go to bread has sesame seeds which left my husband's chicken parm less than satisfying. Be sure to specify the type of bread you want! Aside from that, the meat and veggies were top notch. read more

Great sandwiches with tons of options and located conveniently right off JFK. I'm a fan of the sharp Italian. Not a place to sit down, but a really solid spot for delicious hoagies to go. We really enjoy Primo's whether we are home in PA or down the shore. Glad to see SIC got their own Primo's no need to drive to OC. We always get the Soprano-delicious turkey,provolone and red peppers served on the awesome sesame hoagie roll. Great convenient location and they deliver as well read more

Frequent customer as a resident. This location consistently provides 'dry' hoagies. They appear to be saving money one tablespoon of Mayo at a time. This is a great seasonal store with excellent service. Their hoagies are made fresh to order. They are very accommodating and are very efficient in making every order correctly. The counter service is very warm and friendly and they are very helpful with any questions you may have. The guys in back hustle during any busy day and always working hard to make any order that comes through perfect. The owner is one of the nicest people to ever run such a busy seasonal business. This is my first time on the east coast, and I was so excited to have my first cheese steak! I read the reviews, and I heard some good things about this particular place for cheese steaks and hoagies. I work in the restaurant industry, so I understand how in considerate it is to show up 5 minutes before close... I went to primo subs 30 minutes before close... So a little before 9:30. The doors were locked, and clearly the employees were inside! The door and website says that they are open until 10 pm... Being a little upset, maybe because I was hungry... But I proceeded to go up to the door and knock, an older gentleman came to the door, opened it, and told me " I've been here since 8 a.m, so I'm done, I'm closing up shop cuz." Excuse me, but if you're the manager of this location, you shouldn't get an option to close up shop whenever you feel tired. I don't get that option, and I don't know of any businesses that do! Was in town for vacation for a week and had promos twice. Good experience both times. I could see why there might be an issue with service as both times the atmosphere was very dry when they were ringing me up.
