Various facial services are offered here from threading, waxing, eyelashes, facials, bleaching, and even henna designs. It didn't look too busy today so I decided to try them out and got a full face threading ($30). Anisha was very friendly, checking often if I was comfortable, taking her time ensuring every nook & cranny was covered. :) Services was completed w a final touch of aloe vera & minerals to ease any possible redness that sometimes follow after threading services. Anisha also touched up the ends of my brows w a special powdered mineral to help w growth - all at no additional cost. Will I be back? Most definitely! I don't frequent this mall much, except for specific shops. But I will be adding Moon's Day Spa to my short list as I was quite pleased with today's service. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with smiles and direction up the elevator to where the spa services are. Then amazingly wonderful Caroline checked us in and offered us coffee, tea, water and gave us robes and shoes per our sizes. She also showed us where everything was for our experience. The lounge, private lockers, the dressing rooms, the showers and bathrooms. Plenty to accommodate many patrons. They were able to schedule three of us for 3 services each all within less than 3 hours, however, we did not mind the wait between services (which was not long). The environment was most comfortable and relaxing with plenty of seating, water, gourmet trail mixed nuts to snack on, and mimosas all complimentary. The services I received were most wonderful. Thank you Jennifer and Aubrey for such awesome services (massage,facial) I started with a Coconut Milk and Lavender Bath. Swimsuit optional. A staff member has to be present in the room for liability purposes, however, you don't even notice them behind you. This hydrotherapy bath was THE best bath EVER!! It's 20 minutes of targeted areas of water pressure up and down your body. Felt like a massage in the water. You're given water after each service and asked to wait in lounge for next staff to come get you who will be performing your service. You're in your robe the whole time, so no need to get dressed/undressed between services. My second service was a 60 minute Combination Massage which was actually the full 60 minutes. When you lay down you smell the eucalyptus I guess somewhere around the headrest, it was most wonderful. The aroma throughout the massage was serene. I enjoyed the entire experience. I came out and had trail mix nuts and a mimosa before my last service. I ended with an Express Spa Facial which left my skin so nicely hydrated. This was a perfect ending to my services. We were not rushed out, we could sit and continue to drink mimosas, so I had one more before getting dressed. The services here were top notch and I will make this a priority to do when in town again. I so can't wait. The lovely words in each locker are also wonderful. They provided each of us with a box of candies at the end of our services. Thank you Terramé for an awesome day for my sisters and I. Also, this place is FULL service salon and Spa. Im not huge or anything yet but being almost 19 weeks i really missed my massages and wanted something safe for me and baby. The prenatal massage at Terrame is exceptional. They have a pregnancy pillow that allows you to lay on your stomach and it is extremely relaxing. The entire massage was amazing, from the oils and the scents plus the warm towels, it was so relaxing and i desperately needed it. The robes are absolutely amazing and so soft, i almost purchased one to take home. I got a facial there earlier this year and my face felt amazing afterwards, but i will definitely be back for the massage, probably a time or two before baby arrives. It was such a great relaxing amazing massage!

Ok where to begin...this place does a really great job at cutting hair....but I had to take away 3…read morestars because I went in to get light brown highlights put in my hair and walked out with the WHOLE top of my head ORANGE!!! They had me come back later in the week to fix it...it looked better but I still didn't have highlights and a month later it's turning colors again! What I asked for: I wanted my hair to eventually be about 2 shades lighter than I had started...after maybe 2-3 sessions of adding brown highlights (not dying my roots!) ....after the orange she had the perfect chance to lighten the color to exactly what I wanted and add the brown highlights but instead she put my hair back to the original dark color at the roots then about 1 1/2 inches she started a brown color...SOLID....that is now not even brown. Soooo, right now I have my natural hair growing back, a 2 inch band of almost black then the weird color. It looks like I box died my hair orange and let it grow out. NOT a professional look at all!! They charged me $300 and They won't even fix it free. The worst part is, when she revealed it being clown orange, she acted like it was normal and how I wanted it.
