But there were times that every two weeks there were different teachers in the room. One lasted 1 day because the state came and did a background check on the employees and for some reason this new girl was released that day! The last straw was when he was moved up with his friends to the next classroom. I was nervous about this change because he finally had 2 teachers that lasted a month! But I was promised (by the director) the teacher had been there for a long time and was great. So we were hopeful. So in the new class room we were not there long at all, when an accident happened and...it is now 6 months from when it happened and he still has a scar. The kids were playing outside and when they lined up to go in, they said he ran off, tripped and his face went into the iron fence and his teeth through his lip and into a board as he landed face down on the ground. If you know my child (who is not perfect but very shy) this is not his nature! I asked the lead teacher what happened and she flippantly says she doesn't know....HE was covered in blood and she does not know! I was in shock, grabbed my child and left! The next day I go to see the director who was not there when this happened and she tells me that the lead teacher didn't show up to work and quit...that screams something is wrong! She then calls in the other teacher (another new hire) what happened and the above story is what I got. She said she was busy with another student but saw it happen. I ask her what she is going to do to ensure my childs safety (as he has also been bitten in the new class just the day before....deep bite through a sweater and his skin was broken on his back) and again, I am given the speech to give them more time.....NO I was done! I was calm, over and over again as he was bitten (skin broken) because new teachers were not keeping kids engaged. I believe when we left, the number of times he was bitten was 8 and he didn't bite back. The teacher told me they had a kid who loved to bite, but there was not a bite policy in place other than they would talk to the parents. And the teacher in the classroom told me that child was a problem as he bit 3 kids on the last day we were there. The several times I did drop ins, they were not following curriculum! I know I should like a helicopter mom, but when your child keeps getting injured.... you start to take notice quickly! And this is how I found out about a teacher putting soap in a child mouth.....but the director/owner can spin a story to place blame on everyone but them. I moved my child to another school (United Methodist in Montgomery) after this and at 6 months now with the new school....no injuries! He has had the same teachers the entire time and he has learned so much.....verses Primrose where he was not because they were constantly training new teachers. I regret that I allowed my child to stay there as long as I did!

Because the only regret we had is not sending our son here sooner…read more --- --- --- We first moved to the area in 2021 and had been sending our son to a Kiddie Academy in Tampa prior to our move. So it was only natural for us to consider sending our son here, but this was a much newer/nicer facility than our old KA, so we ended up opting to send him to a different, cheaper daycare. Unfortunately, this ended up being a classic "you get what you pay for" situation, and we ended up sending him to several different facilities over the next few years. Once he started first grade, we ended up sending him here for after school daycare and he really enjoyed it. It was a significant upgrade from the YMCA-led aftercare that took place in his school's gym. Significant is not strong enough a word: night and day would be a better way to describe it. Things were so structured and calm at KA, compared to the YMCA where it kind of seemed like a free-for-all. And then over the course of the summer between first and second grade, he came here full time and he absolutely loved it. There was not a single day that he complained about going to summer school. He actually complained about NOT being able to go when we were on vacation, which is something I would have never imagined happening in 1,000 years. On his last day, he was close to tears because he was going to miss everyone so much. He loved the teachers, the kids and all of the fun that they had here. There were 1-2 field trips during summer school and they were the highlight of his week. Again, our only wish is that we would have just sent him here from day 1 and not messed around with the other options. The teachers and administrators are all great - we'll miss them too!

When my financial situation changed, I got a nanny for a little while which abruptly ended. Due to not enough room at the time for my twins, I was forced to go to other daycares within the area. I NEVER enrolled my kids in the other daycares for unsatisfactory reasons. I emailed the owner at 3am with my concerns of what I was going through and at the earliest availability I truly needed help. Luckily, someone moved from the area and a spot became available!!! I learned that you get what you pay for and with this daycare you get a happy, healthy, satisfied child along with a peace of mind! This daycare is awesome and I recommend this daycare over any daycare!

Fue una conexión instantánea donde pude sentir que mis hijos estarían en buenas manos. Hay tantas cosas buenas por decir de esta escuela. Empezamos por la directora las Sra Diana, ella está haciendo un excelente trabajo en esta escuela, desde la selección de los maestros y ayudantes en general, la programación, organización, y estrategias de educación adecuada, alimentación etc. Desde le primer momento que conocimos a la Sra Diana, ella fue muy amigable, nos dió un recorrido por toda la escuela, nos presentó a la gran mayoría de sus maestras y personal asistente, incluyendo al personal que cuida a los bebés estas Maestras son muy dulces y amorosas, inclusive días después conocimos a la hermosa y cariñosa persona que cuida de la cocina. Y lo más importante, mis niños están aprendiendo bastante, hemos notado un gran cambio, ellos ahora hablan más, y son más independientes, y conocen muchas más cosas. Hemos sido testigo de su programa de educación, tienes muchas actividades diarias, adicional a esto hay una madre de familia que pasa a los salones y les lee a los niños unos libros, esta Sra que lee estos libros es tan dulce y tuve la oportunidad de asistir a una de sus lecturas y yo disfrute tanto su lectura que literal sentí ganas de regresar a la escuela, cuando ella está leyendo tiene la habilidad de hacer los cuentos tan reales que tu puedes vivirlos. También cada semana tienen un hora de lectura donde los padres pueden asistir y compartir con sus hijos y educadores de este evento, sin duda tiene cosas excelentes y muchas actividades variadas. Eliminando así tener una rutina aburrida. Esta escuela no es solo una escuela Montessori, es una gran familia. Todo el personal cuidan de los niños aún si no son sus maestras directas, están al pendiente de todos los niños. También estamos muy felices con la Sra Teresa, ella es una de las maestra del próximo grado donde mis niños asistieron en el futuro, la Sra Teresa, es un amor de persona, siempre está atenta de todo y al pendiente de que todo esté bien, ella es muy amigable y sociable, y tienen mucho amor para los niños. Me encanta que los niños están en un lugar con tantas actividades y muy importante tienen acceso a diferentes áreas de la escuela, por ejemplo en la mañana salen al patio trasero donde tienen cosas divertidas para los niños jugar al aire libre, luego tienen la opción de usar un gimnasio donde los niños juegan con diferentes juguetes como pelotas grande, legos y carritos y libros muchas cosas más, en este lugar también imparten clases hasta de música. También tienen un área que es un teatro, usado para diversas presentaciones y lecturas. y hay un comedor donde los niños suelen tomar sus comidas y snacks. En si los niños pueden estar en diferentes áreas, evitando así la rutina de estar casi todo el día en 4 paredes.
