It was an amazing experience!! As long as you go in with an open mind and are willing to try a bunch of stuff it's a good experience. Their system is very streamlined and allows you to take time and pick what you would like to try on. I will say, if you are expecting a top of the line bridal boutique experience you will be let down. Keep in mind you are in an outlet mall looking at sample dresses at a high discount rate. Do not expect to have a designated attendant to give you a private experience. The team of ladies are incredibly nice and helpful! But they are helping a whole store of brides. For my situation I was willing to buy a dress that needed some work. I did have to have it cleaned and altered after purchasing it. That being said I was able to buy a $2,100 dress for $700. While I was there at least 4 other brides, including me, were able to find dresses! It was a very enjoyable experience for me and I'd absolutely recommend this shop for other brides hoping to buy an off the shelf dress as a good cost!

Amina is such a sweetheart and pulled options within my price range and specifications quickly! The first dress I tried on was the one. With only one small alteration on the corset back and I had a bow from my mom's wedding dress added to the back. Oh and a bísale! It was done as an affordable rate and done fairly quickly! They give you 3 hanging tags to put on the gowns you like. They then get them for you. If you still have time in your one hour appointment you can select more. I was waiting in a chair for my people to finish selecting more dresses. While there an employee walked in front of me very close a couple times as if I was invisible. When I got it back they had me put it on and I didn't even need to unzip it to put it on. The top was way way too big to where I was flashing and you could see my breast. The employee who helped me had to hold it together and gather a bunch of extra material so I could see it. I mentioned to her that it's too big alterations is going to basically redo this dress. I was very unhappy with how it looked and how it looked on me. They had me schedule an alteration appt and I really didn't want to go through with them bc I knew they were expensive but I thought the alterations employees could fix this dress. Well they didn't. I had issues with them from the start and once she pinned it I told her it still felt too big I had to continuously hold it together my chest. The waist just felt bulky and you could tell how big it was. Once I came back to do my finally fitting the top felt as though she did nothing to it and the waist look awful bc it was so big. I told her there it was still too big you could see my bra that I was wearing with the dress. She fixed it while I was there but it did nothing!! At this point I was so dissatisfied with my whole experience I was done with her. I had already spend the same amount of money that was spent on the dress. That is ridiculous!!! Especially when you have a bride who is so unhappy. If I could do this over I would never go to them for anything! There is a reason there are class action lawsuits on them. All my pictures from that day you can see how horrible of a job this person did. In pictures you can see what I was wearing underneath the dress my bra would show and I was constantly hold the top to me the entire night of my wedding. If they would have just ordered the correct size and I would not go to them for alterations bc they charge over $500 and there are tons of amazing places you can go to who don't charge almost the same amount as your dress I also would rethink going to them at all.
