We both got our nails done by Nina and I am definitely going to be coming back to Nina to get all of my next sets. Even though she did the both of our nails at the same time she did it in a very time efficient manner without rushing. She still took enough time on each of our nails to make sure they came out good. First they tried to sit us all separately and only three techs were available to service us! The pedicure service is just meh. There are three service levels to choose from and the regular pedicure always includes a callous heel rub and I received 4 runs of the heel...I was like huh? The guy proceeded to argue with me and said I should purchase the next level up because the $25 did not include heel service...it does, read the menu dude. I believe my tech tried to make it up by giving me a great foot rub, but honestly that's not why I get pedicures. My cousin is sitting next to me and keeps getting scolded by a girl who is named after a season. Whatever, we won't be back. Fun y thing is, I think the manager is just sitting behind the reception area taking it all on. He should probably get off his arse and make things right. 1. This was my first time coming to Princess Nails and I had the best experience! I was a walk in and they were pretty slow since it was 4pm on a Wednesday, so I was able to sit right down. I heard Vic was amazing so I requested him to do my nails. I got a fill and decided to get gel instead of regular polish because I'm pretty rough on my nails. I told him I wanted to keep the length but I wanted them as square as he could get them. Usually when I ask for square, they do closer to squoval but Vic did an awesome job and gave me exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy with how my nails came out and I will definitely be back for my next fill! read more

I do not recommend this place. Got a pedicure for me birthday and it not enjoyable whatsoever. Worst part was that the water was not even lukewarm.... no exaggeration! I even told her it wasn't warm and she mumbled some excuse. She zipped thru the foot mask and massage in record time. She did a good job of painting my nails. I don't usually write these yelp reviews- although I read them all the time BUT- DO NOT GO TO THIS SALAON. I would never ever go back there. Today I got the worst manicure in my life. I went in to have my nails filled for a wedding I am and the guy (he was young and a total jerk) rushed through doing them. I had to ask him to go back and do things and he gave me an attitude. He didn't clean my nails, push my cuticles down or paint them the way I wanted them to be painted. To top it off he argued about using top coat. Would never go back there! I would pay more for a manicure that actually looked good. Thankfully I am going to be able to go to another salon before Saturday to fix what these guys did at Princess nails. read more

Very impressed. Went for mani/pedi with my mom (it was her first time) and we had a great experience. Victor is the man to have - he's a crack-up and downright good at what he does (plus, he calls everyone "Honey"). Like the reviews mentioned before me, the massaging chairs are divine! These chairs do it all - including give you a good goose but I've got not complaints. Mani/pedi are both standard issue although I opted for the extra paraffin wax/callous remover/sugar scrub on the feet/legs for the extra $10. I haven't had a good pedi in awhile so it was well worth it. At the end, it came out to $87 for my mom and myself... Victor gave us an unprompted $3 discount because it was my mom's first time :) Facilities and tools appeared very clean, plenty of magazines, color color selection, and again massage chairs to die for. Victor also said that if you can get a group of at least 5 people together, he'll put on a private party for you closing down the shop with the salon providing wine. You can bring your own food/beer and just hang out. There's no party charge... just pay for your specific service. Sounds like a fun especially if you've got a bridal shower or another girlie event. Just call him and give him a few days notice. Oh also, I made my appt for a Sunday - they're open then but they really prefer you to call ahead for an appt since they get really booked up. Overall, I love Princess Nails and I WILL be back (with probably all my female friends and relatives!). read more

These guys do a fantastic job! Best pedicures ever! Their acrylics always lasted forever on me, which is really saying something because as a dog groomer at the time, I was very hard on my hands! The owner is hilarious! He will laugh and joke with everyone, and I've noticed that most of his clients ask for him by name. He is loud, but I have never once seen him be rude to anyone! (And, for the record, I'm white... and he's just as nice to me as anyone else.) I really can't believe anyone would accuse him of being racist... Maybe learn to lighten up a little? =/ Also, their freehand nail art is incredible. Every time I have them done, people comment on them. Simply beautiful. Did I mention that their pedicures are amazing? Ok, good. Get the #3. The paraffin treatment is soooooooo goooooooood.... EDIT: I just noticed that they're rated as "Pricey"... I have to disagree. While I don't remember exactly what I paid here, I do specifically remember thinking to myself that it was very reasonable. This is the second time I have been here. The first time was great, but today not so much. Today I had Summer a young gal but she was rough and rushed through everything. I come to get pedicures to relax and have beautiful toes but today I am sore from a rough quick massage and jabbing the instruments in my toes. It was busy but I am a customer to and deserve the same attention regardless of how busy it is. I give 2 stars because the first time was great. Not sure if I will. I read all the reviews before I went in. I left feeling scammed. 1-They quoted me 28 for acrylic white tips on the phone. When it came time to pay it was 36. They told me it was extra for glitter acrylic and pink acrylic. She offered, and didn't tell me it was extra. I was pissed! 2- The lady had a huge wart on her hand, ew! 3-The place was pretty ghetto inside. There is a treadmill in there...random.. Other than those things, she was fast, and they nails came out pretty good. I just hate being told one thing and given another! Grr! I bet there are better places around here. read more

I like this nail salon because the prices are very straight forward and they give u a menu style card to see the breakdown and deals. I like their massaging pedicure bath chairs because they are strong and easy to use. The staff is always friendly whatever time of day I go in. The atmoshphere is lovely. You may day then why did u not give 5 stars? They have a new counter by the front door for the staff to make tea and eat. Its awkward to walk in and see a half eaten platw of food out and it seems a little odd. Its a spacious building they have room for a breakroom in back if they rearranged a bit or put a partition up. U dont go into a store and see the employees space for eating in the business area lol. read more

This place is clean and they are pretty friendly and the pedicures are awesome. My toes looked like I had just got them done for like 2-3 weeks after the fact. The full set was good too. Stopped in for a full set while on vacation and my husband wanted a pedicure. First of all the woman who did my fill was REALLY good. Hand shaping the nails so that their was very minimal filing needed. I was really happy with the results. My husband said it was the best pedicure he had in a long time. When we left for being ignored one of the ladies said, "Oh, they haven't been helped yet and they're leaving." Another responded, "That's okay." Wanted to try out a new place. Worse gel french manicure I've EVER had. Cut my nails crooked and painted on white of french manicure wobbly. Maybe I'm just used to a precision manicure! Going back to my old salon which has better prices and always perfection! Also, quoted me a much lower price over the phone. I told them french gel manicure and pedicure. They told me $35. Ended up being $60. They said it was $35 for regular mani-pedi but I was clear on the phone that I wanted gel french. Big difference especially for the poor job I received. Also, there was a bunch of water on the floor next to my pedicure chair. They moved my shoes around after I put them where it was dry and got my shoes wet. Gross. :( Pedicure was better, though there is a big bubble and smudge on my big toe nail. read more

Such a great place! They finished my nails so quickly- a full set and gell polish in a half an hour flat. This was by far the fastest manicure that i have ever had- my usual place takes usually abour an hour and a half to two hours. I am also super picky about my nails because i like them super short and natural looking and i have NEVER been satisfied with my nails before. Every place i go to makes my nails too long or puts them in some very unnatural shape even though i repeatedly tell them what i want. At Princess Nails all i had to do was mentions what i was looking for and she just made the nails exactly how i wanted, even helping me decide on a color. I had a luxury manicure on Sunday, early afternoon. The young lady was very nice. I gave her a $5 tip and paid $25 for the luxury manicure. it is Tuesday and I had a leisurely day yesterday and today after my shower I did one load of laundry in the washer, dryer the clothing, and folded the one load. My nail polish is coming off 4 fingers and both thumbs. It is unfortunate. This should not happen! If I scrubbed the floor or hand washed my car maybe.... but not after 1.5 days! I got the #3 pedicure which was the most expensive at $35. I felt like they rushed and I didn't get what I paid for or expected. The color I chose was a pastel that needed a few coats. I didn't get the color I wanted because she only gave me two coats. Three coats would have done the trick. Also missed some of the sides of my nails. Went in for a pedicure. My first time at Princess Nail & Spa. I was impressed when walking in, much larger than expected and decorated nicely. The pedicure started out ok, I was the only one in the shop at the time. Then two people walked in and the girl who was doing my pedicure stopped and started helping the other person! Didn't say a word to me. Finally someone else came over and started polishing my toe nails. No bottoms coat, just the polish and NO top coat......and forget about the leg message, which I look forward to. I was in and out in less than 30 min!! Will not go back again! read more

There is something wrong with the gel nail polish or the gel lights that they use. I have gone back to this salon several time to give them another chance to make my nails right. However, my gel nail polish chipped within three days every time. I have been getting gel nails for many years. I have never had this problem before. Just a word to the wise. read more

Best massage chairs EVER.. hands down! They really take their time on the pedicures and they last forever. I live literally two blocks away and the place doesn't look spectacular from the outside so I never bothered going in, but that was my mistake because it's wonderful. I was going to Vegas and got a full set and pedi... they hooked me up with some awesome designs on the full set to match my "going-out" shoes and I totally had way too man compliments on my trip. I've been back many times since then. One word of advice though, get extra top coat on the full set because after about 4 days mine started peeling.
