I watched another customer get three packs no problem, but when I asked for the same, I was told the exception was only because they "knew him" and the cards were for his kids (that apparently doesn't matter if they are there or not) to quote what I heard a worker say one-time "doesn't matter if you bring your friends or family and they are there it's still limited to one per person." The next day? The rule was suddenly back in full force for everyone else. So if you enjoy selective policies and a little favoritism with your purchase, this is the place. Otherwise, don't expect fairness -- just a reminder that you're not part of the inner circle.

My partner and I both have alot of hobbies and HobbyTown had an amazing selection of items at great prices. I left with a few Gundam models and Pokemon cards with sets I haven't seen elsewhere. My partner is into dungeons and dragons as well as Warhammer and he left with books, models and a few new game sets. There's a good selection- you won't find everything you want but there's certainly some gems in here. The staff were lovely and helpful. I'd come back here next time I'm in the area.

As soon as you enter, behind the counter are the most valuable Pop's in the shop. Against another wall towards the middle are the mid-range value ones. The rest of the shop is stacked from floor to ceiling with Pop's from every possible genre, with everything being clean and organized. New releases are kept in their own special section for easy access. Rest of the shop includes a room with mostly manga that has a nice selection. I decided to message the owner Jonathan and found out about rates as well as items he was interested in. A few days later he actually followed up with me to see if I had anymore question or if I was interested in coming in. At that point I had already started to find and go through all of our bulk cards. Today I figured I would make the 1.5 hour drive. When I had got to the store Jonathan personally came in and helped me unload and sort through the rest of about 3 years worth of accumulated bulk cards. After everything was said and done he gave me an incredible trade that was way more than I could have ever expected. Any time in the future I need to trade in bulk I will definitely go back I highly recommend this shop for trading in Good quality Bulk. The store in general is so clean with so many products to choose from. Everything is neat and organized and every staff member I spoke to was incredibly helpful and polite. The prices are so much more reasonable compared to other shops I have visited closer to me. Today was the release of the newest set Obsidian Flames and they were stocked up on booster boxes, blisters, ETB's and single packs for cheaper than Game stop/Target and Walmarts prices! During the time I was in the store at least 20 different people had come in to buy some packs, booster and Etb's as well as sell/trade High end singles. I was able to meet so many people involved in the Pokémon TCG community and chat with the owner and employees all while listing to the OG Pokémon songs from my childhood. First the entrance is in the BACK of the store so when you turn the corner, parking is behind the store/houses sharing a lot with a garage. There are signs showing you where to go, just be aware these are for the shop, not the garage. You enter in the back of the store with the sale items then enter the main store with car, plane and model trains. They dont have the best/most selection I've ever seen but they do have a good stock that if you look close, you might find a gem. There were plenty of paints and supplies we found and it reminded me of old school train stores I frequented with my grandfather. Store owner was pleasant, asking if we needed anything before going back to his conversation with another patron. We did eventually find the gundams but were disappointed to see he only had 5 base models in stock. Overall a nice business but with strange hours and parking situation it can be hard to find/get in. More for the model train/car enthusiast but worth a stop if you're near by.
