When I finally went to move my things from their unit to a different one, my boxes were just tossed in what looked like a junk heap with ZERO care and I found out I was being ridiculously overcharged for literally a square spot in a garage. As my family and I were moving my items from their unit warehouse to our own truck we rented because the owner was going to charge us too much money for his employees to do it, EVERY BOX or piece we moved had broken, missing or damaged sections/items. the owner watched us as we took each box literally blaming us because we "touched it". the owner of this company is FOUL and nothing I owned was packed with care. I'm now finally unpacking, and I have THOUSANDS of dollars of damaged and missing items. I will one hundred percent be reporting them to the BBB and I hope they get stripped of all of their awards. THIS IS ADDED AFTER THE COMMENT FROM THE OWNER- MASSIMO- you are an absolute jerk I still have threatening and disgusting text messages from you after I called to say things were damaged. LITERALLY AT THE FACILITY YOU SAW ME TAKE ONE BOX AT A TIME and saw my face as I heard broken contents and you did NOTHING. I did not pack my boxes on moving day your team did and they did it TERRIBLY I even bought them lunch and tipped. What should have been a simple two bedroom condo move took two round trips and 12 exhausting and stressful hours. The cost went from the estimated $2,000 to $3,000. I depended on Alex to know that in order to ensure a smooth move in a timely manner at the price he quoted, he needed to send a larger truck and more men. The three men arrived on time, were hardworking and careful with my belongings. However, during the last few hours, we were all exhausted. In a desperate effort to finish, I had to bring things in myself, and was unable to supervise. This resulted in the second load of boxes in complete disarray and many on the wrong floor of the house. A month later I am still unable to locate important items. When we called Main Street Movers to discuss it, Alex blamed the incompetence of sending too few men and a wrong size truck on their operations department. He denied low balling the estimate. The owners, Karen Mantzouranis and Tom Mantzouranis, refused to get on the phone at all or take any responsibility for our horrendous move. Please be forewarned and do not use Main Street movers.

Working with Victory was truly a win, as they helped me with multiple international and corporate moves while providing excellent service and communication (#1) the whole way. They were a full service moving company, which meant they helped with the packing process in addition to moving my things. They were punctual for my appointments and brought more packing materials (tape, cardboard, stuffing, etc.) than I really needed it. The fact they also specialize in packing fine art and antiques, I can completely understand why my things were treated with such care. They did an outstanding job in sealing everything off and were incredibly organized all around. While I didn't have much to move (#2), the entire process from start to finish was a breeze. Corporate moves and international relocation means that this is not going to be that affordable as a service. I would elect to use them every time if I could, but alas, their service is among the best I've experienced over the years. Sometimes the anxiety and stress of moving is mitigated by a company that knows what they're doing. I booked my appointment and identified the items I wanted stored however, once they actually stored my belongings I got a message that I would actually need a larger storage space. The actual space is never shown to you in any way. The also are supposed to itemize what you store with them with photo proof. When I saw my itemized photos it showed the boxes but not the items inside and some were duplicated. Immediately complained when I noticed the duplications and I was thankful I didn't store my computer with them because they would have easily gone "missing". Then the day I requested my belongings to be returned. My couch is returned with a broken leg which the movers on site took immediate responsibility for. I had purchased insurance through there company so I make a claim. However, if the claim is approved for $150.00 which is way below estimates I submitted and didn't fact in transport of the item. Once again I submit a complaint and they say that they don't cover transport or onsite repair fees. I took the $150.00 but I would never work with this company nor would I recommend them to a friend or even an enemy. Nothing was honest or upfront about the entire process. Never again!
