I'm still trying to figure out exactly what happened with the tacos. They were essentially slaw tacos, which is an interesting concept... just not one either of us was particularly interested in eating. Neither of us finished our meals. And that's probably the best way to describe the experience: everything seemed like it was just a couple of streets over from being really good. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and maybe we simply caught them on an off day. But unfortunately, the food missed the mark for us. Their weekly bar menu has a special for each day and the items range between $10-$12, which isn't bad at all. We didn't order any food but the food that was coming out looked great. Staff were friendly and efficient; I would definitely return again if I was ever back in Helen.
