First time here, called to make an appointment and got something same day! We're recommended this place by a family member and lucky for us was close by. We had an appointment with Johnny and went over what I wanted for my sons haircut and he executed it. He really took his time and went into detail with everything he did and it shows from the outcome. My son and I are beyond pleased with the haircut and now we know where and who to go to. I will say he's had haircuts at other shops and never have I been this happy with it, it truly was perfection. He even gave me some tips on styling it. Def recommend Johnny if you are looking for a spot to get a haircut. He was very personable and listens to exactly what you want. I was looking for a new barber so I called this place and spoke to this "barber" about scheduling an appointment; so we both agreed Thursday 430 would be good. So Thursday comes, I had my 45 bucks (plus a tip) ready to get a blessed with a cut, I walk in sit down. I saw the barber walk in so I stand up and walk towards him, he holds me up and says he has another cut before me. In my head I'm thinking "Ok that's fine I'll wait if you don't talk it up with the guys", because it shows at least your taking me into consideration especially when i Booked an appointment with you over the phone days before. Got a cut with Tim and he was able to help sort out what styles that I had in mind that would work best with my hair. After finishing the cut he applied product and helped show the different options I could do with it. The whole staff were friendly and are on time with their appointment slots. I feel bad it has taken me this long to write a review but I'm here now. I've been coming to Jimmy for my son's haircuts since he turned 1 (now 7). I've followed him from shop to shop wherever he went because Jimmy has always showed me how great he is at his skill. He is one of the best barbering blenders I've seen! Even when I come in with a new picture of a random haircut I want to try on my son Jimmy always executes it but makes sure he talks to me before he starts the haircut about the potential outcomes of the haircut because my son is still young and still has fine hair, things might not look the way they do in the picture I come in with. He is also great with kiddos, so much that my son has actually fell asleep in Jimmy's chair before. Not only is Jimmy one of the best barbers he is also understanding and reasonably priced. He wants to be available to you whenever he can by trying to fit you into his schedule, often times by having to sacrifice his own lunch breaks. Johnny has been my barber for the past few years and I've never been disappointed in his work. He takes his time to give quality cuts. I use to have my friends give me buzz cuts all the in my 20's, but now being in my mid thirties, I've learned the value in investing in a good haircut! And Johnny always comes through! I use to be a shy guy with no confidence and terrible with the ladies...but after johnny worked his magic...I can't keep the compliments or ladies off of me!! Lol, totally kidding guys!! I found out that he started his own shop with his friend Jimmy, so I had to follow him! His new shop is clean with plenty to do if you're waiting. There's satellite TV, a pool table, and various game consoles to play. Parking is street parking or behind the shop, but I've never had an issue. Anyways...go get your haircut from this guy. I came in not knowing what to expect. I can tell you right now though, you can expect QUALITY. Van cut my hair and he did an excellent job. He took his time and really paid attention to detail. He took into account my hair type, my head shape, the hairstyle that I was looking for, and made it happen. I myself had no idea what I really wanted.
