It's a very handsome bicycle and I have been stopped many times to ask where I got the bike. In terms of ordering and pick up it was really seamless and easy. Right after they assemble the bike, they will set up a time to do the pickup and they will let you know the code to unlock the bike. At the time of pickup, your bike would've already been locked outside. All you need to do is unlock the lock. Simple and easy. I spent months thoroughly researching E-Bikes and during that period the people at Priority responded very quickly to every email and phone call, even on the weekends and after hours! They were immensely helpful and I always got the feeling that they wanted what was best for me, not just for me to purchase one of their bikes. They never said one word to pressure me, nor did they send me any advertising, ever. After test riding a couple of E-Bikes and reading reviews and specifications and watching videos about dozens of others, I decided on the Priority Current E-Bike. It arrived promptly, well packed and in flawless condition. The assembly, which I did myself, was straightforward and the Current is beautiful! It is a well-engineered, well-designed, meticulously built piece of equipment. In the first day of having the bike, I changed my mind about owning an E-Bike. I don't know why; I didn't expect that to happen, but it did. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the bike. In fact, if I were going to buy an E-Bike today, I would get the Priority Current again. So I decided to return the bike. I called Priority and was told to pack the bike back up and that they would then issue me a shipping label and that the bike would be picked up at my house and returned to them. I was also told that I would be responsible for return shipping costs, but that Priority's shipping rate meant those costs would be less than $60 to transport the bike the 3,000 miles back to them. I knew that was a phenomenally good deal. I very carefully packed the bike back up, which was admittedly a lot more work than unpacking it and took the purchase of some additional packing materials. But, because I had been treated so well, I wanted the bike to get back to Priority in as good condition as it was in when I received it. Once the bike was packed, I emailed Priority and someone called me within an hour. He immediately emailed me a shipping label and said that they would issue my refund as soon as the bike was picked up by Fedex, rather than waiting until they received it! And in addition, they volunteered to pay the shipping costs!! I have never had better treatment from a company and I would do business with Priority again in a heartbeat. A+ read more

I was looking for a new bike, and was really intrigued by the NuVinci CVT that I had tried on a Citibike, and through searches Priority had come up. I read about how they're NYC based and design bikes to withstand the rigors of our city, and saw the Continuum Onyx. I fell in love with its looks and features. I wasn't sure which size fit me best, so I made an appointment with them to try on a bike in their office/showroom (they're not staffed to take walkins). The office is sooo nicely set up and the people are so genuinely excited about the bikes they sell, and very helpful. Even though the bike I was ordering wasn't out yet, they had one on the showroom floor to try out! In the end, my bike was shipped to me a week earlier than expected, went together easy, and rides awesome. 100% definitely recommend Priority if you're looking for a hybrid/commuter bike. The belt drive + CVT transmission is so smooth compared to your average chain derailleur, you want want to go back. read more

I bought a Priority 600. Love it. Great commuter bike with belt drive, Pinion transmission with 600% gear range, dynamo hub, fenders, kick stand, hydraulic disk brakes. Amazing features for the price. I had some concern about buying a bike on the Internet and not having a local bike shop to ask questions that come up, but Priority's email support has been great. My wife purchased me a priority classic bike 2 years ago for my birthday. Since then I have had 2-3 minor issues that the team at Priority has helped me with. These folks do customer service right!! I opt for Text message CS which always has very quick response times for me. I wish everyone did this. They say M-F 8-5pm as the response window but even responded to my inquiries on a Sunday which was above and beyond. My most recent issue was with my cog, to which they sent me 2 videos on how to fix myself or take it to a bike shop in which they offered to refund me the price of service if I chose to do so. I ended up fixing myself, with the help of someone through text and ended up stripping one of the bolts. The person I was working with again responded quickly and offered to send a new bolt in the mail next day. When I followed up this morning, tracking number was provided and is now scheduled to get in Wednesday. I am from Chicago so unfortunately have never met these folks but could not speak higher of them if customer service is of value to you. I am totally fine with issues with my bike (especially with how much I ride) when the service is this good, I am learning how to maintain my bike myself with their help, highly recommend Priority for your bike choices! read more

I recently ordered a new bike along with a number of accessories and when I contacted them a few times via email, each time they responded very quickly and resolved my issues or questions accordingly. I cannot recommend them enough! As far as the bicycle is concerned, it is very light, comfortable and has a smooth ride. I ordered the optional commuter bars as I live in an area with some hills so I prefer to have a bit more leverage going up hill. It was a wonderful honeymoon. The belt drive, the continuous gearshift and the running lights from a dynamo hub made the Priority Continuum the perfect commuter in NYC. Now the weak link has broken. The bottom bracket, creaking and crackling has put our relationship on the rocks. Of course, I tried to patch things up, but it looks like we will have to see a professional. Beneath the shadow of Corona I am not going to risk going to an open store, yet. So I am left without a bike, without my commuter, without my freedom. I wish I would've held on to my Bridgestone. After 28 years with that bike that had Shimano components, and not one creaky crunching sound from the bottom bracket through mud, water, neglect and 10's of thousands of miles, I gave her away for the priority continuum. Look at the all components people. Watch out for cheap parts. Especially when the price tag is four digits (not including the pennies! Haha). Great concept, incomplete execution. read more
