They did a great job . They kept me updated and it was fairly quick . They had a new 2019 Camry rental right there so there was no wait!

My car was smashed into by a drunk driver which took out my trunk up to my back seat. I was shaken up and needed to get the car towed and fixed. Insurance companies told me where to take my car but learned I could have my car fixed where I wanted to. I called Priority Collision and they helped me, gave me a car, contacted my Insurance and fixed my Lexus like new with genuine parts which was important to me. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do, I recommend Priority highly! read more

Stay away from this place - I wish I had! Try Chester Body Shop or Bruce's. It took them 30 days to replace my bumper, a tail light and buff out some scuff marks. They price quoted original manufactured parts, put on aftermarket parts and charged more for them. Darcy and Michael are completely inept and you will end up paying for their mistakes. They took weeks to place the order for my cars parts, then another two weeks to order replacements. read more

I don't think I've ever written a Yelp review before (long time lurker so I may be wrong) but I felt compelled to write one after the service that Rodney and the rest of the Priority crew provided me. They accommodated all of my strange requests (I live in DC but had them working on my vehicle, this led to a lot of odd needs on my end) and kept me in the loop through every step of the process. I was apprehensive about using a shop that I had never been to/heard of before to do the necessary repairs on my Mini Cooper. This could not have turned out better. My car unexpectedly meet a curb and the rocker panel was hanging lower than it was intended to be. I stopped at Priority Collision and Marc came out and looked at it. He then immediately replaced some clips and the panel is hanging the way it is intended. Marc did this without me setting up an appointment and was very cautious and professional. Worst repair shop that I have ever been to. I took my car there for repair through my insurance company. They took forever to even begin repair on the car. Communication was terrible. They would say they would call me but would not. The only time we spoke is if I called them. Had to call them every two days to get any kind of update on my car. They said it would take a week to repair and ended up taking a month and a half. Claimed they were waiting on my insurance to contact them back. They did not even have the correct number for my insurance company. I had to do their jobs to find out the correct contact information. When i finally did get my car back the battery had to be jumped to get the car to start. Every time. When I told them about the problem they did not want to take responsibility for something that happened at their shop. I had zero start-up/battery problems before I took my vehicle there. They finally agreed to reimburse us half of the cost of a new battery for something that we had absolutely nothing to do with if insurance would not pay for it. They are basically getting people's vehicles and messing them up. These problems do not exist until they are taken to their shop. Now I am waiting for a response on whether insurance will pay for the battery. read more

I took my van to this shop for repairs that should have taken less than a day at the recommendation of State Farm. They told me it would be about 4 days so I reluctantly left only because of State Farm's recommendation. I called after they had it a full week and was told it would be at least another week before it was finished. Their excuse is that they got more work than they anticipated. Why they would take more work than can handle is no excuse to me. And they seem to be completely unconcerned and think it is acceptable practice. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and I haven't even seen the work. read more

Took my insurance repair there recently as near as I can tell, they did a good body job, but I had some issues with the quality of work-the attention to detail. I noticed some things that I didn't like and thought they should have done. So, I took the car back and my CSR took a quick look and dismissed my complaints without recourse. I was disappointed that she didn't try better to serve the customers needs. Also, the front desk people are awful and need to have a Dale Carnegie course on how to treat people. I went there because of the good reviews here, but my whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Even though I was promised that someone from management would look at my case-nobody was available. Overall a disappointing experience. read more

I have been trying for almost 3 weeks to get an appointment to have my car repaired. I came in MONTHS ago with hail damage and rec'd an estimate - my insurance co. okay'd it and then it's been TAG ever since. I recently (3 weeks ago) started calling again to try to schedule and I all I get from Gwen is the person that handles that will get back to me but so far after several calls - NOTHING - do they not need or want my business? The estimate is for over $3000. - I can't seem to figure out what the problem is or how to get someone to give me an appointment! read more

My car was delivered to Priority Collision on 12/12/13. I received a call on 12/13/13 asking if they were authorized to start repairs, I agreed. As of 1/2/2014 I had not received my car. I was rear ended on the left side which resulted in 2900+ in damages. I called on 1/3/14 & was informed my car was ready. I arrived & clearly car was not ready....trunk was opened during inspection & would not close. So left my car again to have trunk adjusted/aligned or just fixed. Returned on today 1/6/14 after receiving a return call once I had left a message for 2 supervisors, that my car was ready. Guess what, trunk was still not right. Solution offered was to take my car to the neighboring Honda service dept to look at my trunk. Okay I will agree to that with the understanding that this is still apart my claim. Well I was feeling better since they were willing to seek another opinion since at this point I was being picky about my repairs. I proceeded to drive home when a small voice said "did you check other things?". Well I proceeded to roll down each of my windows to test them & what the what??, the rear left window will not go down. That's right, the door which they did repairs.
