After exchanges of niceties, it was revealed that one of their employees is emotionally unstable. Transforming from customer to on-site therapist was jarring and strikingly unprofessional. Redirections such as "I think we got off on the wrong foot" and "I am not making any statements on your character, I am making an 'i' statement" were repeatedly unsuccessful. Again this is someone whose shirt i complimented, with whom both of us had been cordial, but could not be talked into a calm state. All of this because i leveled and expressed nebulously aimed frustration over a job that didn't last even for the drive home, as the explanation for why i was asking for a redo. I asked him, "i mean objectively, you can understand why I would expect it to last till i reached home two miles away?". This frank, sensible angle did not work either. His rumination and repetition on the phrase "i felt ripped off" in response to the crash wrap beginning to peel off 0.5 miles from the facility was excessive. That being said, why even recommend this as a temporary fix if I can't drive home with it? During this exchange, where I told him we didn't have to agree or see eye to eye and that it's his right to feel I'm overly difficult, he still would not disengage or deescalate. It was suggested that I should've cleaned my car first, not that they should've wiped it down the first time before applying wrap. (The car wasn't in the shop to have any crashwrap applied, so why would I have wiped it that day?) Ultimately I paid $104 to get an issue diagnosed, temporary tape put on the sunroof, and to be treated in a degrading manner. Not worth the experience as the issue is not any closer to being fixed. The technician himself was amiable and communicative and the owner is also a pleasant man to work with. That being said this experience has burnt this spot for me. Having a highly disagreeable person work for you isn't a dealbreaker but maybe don't place him front of house.

These people are fairly priced, they do excellent work that you can count on. Call ahead always. Because they are so busy! Also while visiting there, you will notice that this is a 100+ year old building, that was a stable in the early 1900's. The brick walls still have the partitions that show where each stall was. I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!
