I called at 8am gave a brief description of the problem and was told they would be at the house by about 1pm the same day. The plumber arrived at 1pm. He diagnosed the problem swiftly and had to snake the main sewer line through the roof (clogged toilets backing up into tub and shower). Told me the what and why's of the problem and told me what to buy to prevent the issue from occurring again in the future. Also fixed a leaking shower knob. Total cost $100 which was less than I expected. Price may be higher or lower for the same service for someone else and probably depends on the severity and difficulty of the job. I know someone who had the same service through another company and it cost them $150. The plumber was very nice and polite and the job was done quickly. I am saving Dale's contact info in my phone because we will absolutely use them in the future and refer them to friends and family.

Shortly after, I had two different companies that performed further inspection and it was determined that neither of these components required replacement. The actual issue was the main water line. This means that the irrigation and backflow work was unnecessary, and I was charged for services that did not address the problem. I reached out to Kyle McCoy requesting a full refund and I'm waiting for a response. If a refund isn't issue within 14 days, I'll pursue legal action.
