Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. He wasn't kidding when he said we had to start permitting process in summer 2025 to open in time for Memorial Day weekend 2026 either - getting construction permit processed was the biggest wait. Now we opened just in time for summer - and she's a beauty! Pool Boss team coordinated the whole project from start to finish - the designer Michael helped us get the plans and measurements exactly right, even taking into consideration our future addition plans for the property. Tina filed and coordinated a million permit forms for us. Matt & Dan were very patient helping us figure out the on-sight restrictions. The construction itself was very quick and fun to watch (the digging was done with surgical precision!). Special thank you to Joanna for very clear communication throughout! The scheduling and ongoing notifications to keep us apprised of the progress were very helpful! We went with PB's recommended contractors - JBJ for electric (super professional - and again, helped us run everything with future construction projects in mind), and United Stamped Concrete for landscaping (Felipe's team did a phenomenal job with out stamped concrete patio and grading, great attention to detail). The orientation with Eduardo was super clear - we've never operated a pool and he patiently explained every single detail about the equipment and maintenance. The equipment can be controlled from an app too - very convenient and we are looking forward to Tyler making it even smarter. :) Thank you so much! Not terrible, and the pool looked good all season- no major outbreaks. They forgot to empty both skimmers a few times, which is always frustrating. I will say, then the pump broke they identified the problems and replaced it 1-2-3. No issues after that. My big problem was opening was over $600, and closing was almost $500. They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.

Not the cheapest but as a long time customer definitely the best value. They are honest, they don't try to sell you anything you don't need and they steered us towards the best products available (yes, nothing lasts like it did 20 years ago). For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!
