Its amazing to me that this person can as you can read in the images simply claim he no longer has a fiduciary obligation to the situation. If they had done their job properly and recorded the reconveyance then none of this ridiculousness would have had to have taken place. Its really sad that the title of our property has been clouded after being paid off for five plus years and simply attempting to get it cleared up as it was his job to do, apparently those parts of the law do not pertain to him, so yup you can read our conversation in full.
