Came back when in town to show this spot to my boyfriend. It was a quiet Wednesday, we were the only ones inside but our server/bartender was kind and friendly. But the food, was better than I remember. The chicken breast on my sandwich was so tender and cooked to perfection. Grilled onions were perfect, and they had good thousand island sauce. My boyfriend said his burger was bomb. My nieces nacho fries were HUGE. And we had a beer each. I will say, this place being in Arizona was very expensive for bar foods, and I'm from San Diego where food is expensive. but nonetheless, it was absolutely delicious!

Enjoyed the atmosphere for the 11th anniversary event. Meet the owner who stopped by our table and wanted to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. The servers were fun and put up with my group's hijinx. Definitely good elevated bar food. But I really enjoyed the beer. The Chica Buena was my new favorite. Definitely stop by if you want a great beer with your meal.

Usually pop in for a drink but decided to check out the new Sunday brunch menu. Super glad we did! Bar seating is usually the way to go for us with the most attentive service. We ordered the Bistro Brunch sandwich and the Yardbird and waffles. The bistro brunch sandwich was on a delightfully fluffy and well toasted focaccia with egg, arugula, tomato, prosciutto and aioli. Delicious combination with sweetness from the tomato, salty from the prosciutto and savory with the egg and aioli. Would've crisped the prosciutto a little more maybe but overall great breakfast Sammy. The yardbird and waffles was amazing! The apple cinnamon butter perfect, the waffles tasted homemade with the perfect crisp and the chicken had a great thin crisp batter with juicy thick chicken inside. Overall super impressed with this, way better than the surrounding restaurants brunch they offer, and I hope maybe they consider refreshing their lunch/dinner menu with the same fresh eyes :) the misters definitely need to be on for some outside seating since they do have a great patio with a great street view for people watching.

Prison Hill was exceptional. We had the best food, like... REALLY good food, fantastic service, and the most amazing setting! The guys at Prison Hill let our awesome military family host a Command Holiday Party. Not only are they VERY military friendly, they're soooo kid friendly and had items on the menu everyone loves. Thank you!

Serious hidden. Was just in Yuma for the night & was brought here. Very nice & friendly staff. Excellent beers on tap, especially the Hazy IPA. Deep fried avocados are amazing. Special right now is a hibiscus tri tip sandwich. Re sides - the spicy coleslaw is awesome!

Yuma, AZ an oasis of cheaper gasoline across the SoCal wasteland of +$4/G. I time my tank to be empty when I arrive, saving $20.00 then buying lunch at Prison Hill, in the bustling town center of Main Street. Service is fast and courteous. Atmosphere on the cafe patio offers cool shade, where music is perfect. I always get the brisket elote (shucked corn, cheese, jalapeños), with a pint for the road

BBQ was delicious, had the meat plate. Sat at the bar and had great service, had 2 flights of beer. Cool atmosphere and fun place to visit. Beer: While I really like IPA's the 10 Rat Batards Belgian Wit was my favorite here.

Dog friendly spot with shaded patio and misters outside. Food was delicious and the service was good. It was just a little too hot outside in downtown Yuma for us, but they gave us water and a bowl for our pup. Ordered the brisket bowl and the yard bird with mac salad and we would stop here again if passing through Yuma.

First off, the Wrecker sandwich is whack (really good!) Highly recommended. Comes with chips. The slaw and the smoked sausage are so good. The sweetness of the coleslaw with the heat of the sliced fresh jalapenos - just the right amount of heat & sweet for me. Definitely a good combo with the Valos Locos lager (No. 2). Minor ding on the sidewinder fries, as I got a thick one and it was underdone. But honestly, they're worth it - they are like a thick spiral cut fry, which is also batter dipped and fried. I liked them (hence, no ding on the overall score or recommendation!) The waitress was awesome. She definitely steered me in the right direction. The staff here is friendly, and many locals stopped in throughout the really hot (Over 100F) day. The local vibe here is really nice. Plus the music in the background is grinding (good, but not too loud). Tried the Es Bueno ESB Bitter (No. 5) and it's a bit light for me, but I'm still digging it. The multiple TVs are showing off various sports channels, and the bar is fully stocked. And I mean I counted at least 11 different flavored Smirnoff vodkas. Plus a homemade Hibiscus-flavored (bathtub?) gin? And a $10 martini made from it? Com'on, someone "roll me" in it already. Ok, they have a single malt - 12 year old Coal Il, and a *FRICK* 18 year old Bowmore? Damn. Nice. Ok, that is a definite *add* on the list of my favorite bars. I was surprised to see that here. Sure, sure, blue label Johny Walker for you posers out there. And yeah, Hibiki for those in the Suntory crowd. Ok, and they can press a growler can for those who can't get enough. Bonus for that. Food, drink, free (and decent) wifi, good service, the atmosphere rocks. Yeah, I'm sold. If you're visiting or a local, you need to try this place. Or become a regular. A++ Someone call me a cab. No, nevermind... I can walk to my hotel from here.

I had the fish and chips, not that great. Would have been better with less breading and spices.
