I was able to get my car back within a couple of days, it looked brand new. Not an honest business place. Gave a suspicious quote, when refused to get the repair done, started blaming us for the issue. Their solution was a band-aid not a fix. I have a 2021 Polestar 2 Electric Vehicle (EV), and recently ran into an object on the road and caused some damaged my car's front right side. This included damaged sensors, fog light, the bumper itself and internal wiring. I have Geico insurance and tried to find a local Geico authorized auto shop but couldn't find any that services my car's make and model and also Evs. I searched on mainly Yelp and google to find a shop that will service my car and after several tries found Pristine Autobody and Repair. I spoke with Ahmad at Pristine Autobody and Repair. Ahmad said they can repair an EV like polestar 2, no problem. His shop is 10 min from where I live and 5 min from the enterprise rental which was also a big plus and very convenient. Overall Ahmad and his crew did a great job with the repair as well as patiently working with my insurance adjusters. Ahmad was also very responsive with the text messages updating me on the progress of the part shipment and install. My big thanks for Ahmad and his team! I got fantastic work here done for a price I was very happy with. I bought a convertible that needed fully body paint and some body work. I first chose this place because their website was clean and it mentioned they allow walk-ins. I was happy with their price and it was right within my researched amount. Best of all, it was by far THE BEST price around. I was kept updated with pictures and the work was done in a quick turn around. When the big day came to pick it up I was very happy with the job. Clean paint and all those nasty bumps, nicks, and dents were gone. Overall I was very happy with this experience. I didn't feel like I was turned away because I wasn't insurance work. I called Pristine Autobody since this shop had great reviews and I needed to move my car that was damaged entirely on the right side by an accident from another terrible body shop. The terrible body shop being Automobile Collision Center at Depot Road in Hayward. John, owner of Pristine Autobody kept his shop open until late that day so the tow truck could move my car to his shop since the previous shop was refusing to release my vehicle. John gave me an estimated repair timeline based on photos I sent him. He communicated well with my insurance company and worked through all the details. John was in daily communication with me regarding my vehicle providing updates & got the repairs done within 2 weeks when the other shop had told me it would take 6 months! John also gave me a rough estimate of the repair cost and it was close to what the adjuster created. John & his team are very knowledgeable and experts in this business. He shopped for replacements parts and got them with the shortest lead times. The staff and owner are polite, courteous, and honest. They do a thorough job and restore your vehicle back to excellent condition. Unlike most body shops in the Bay area, they do not place you on long phone holds and have you chasing the shop to get an update. John cared for my timeline and rush since I was paying out of pocket for my rental vehicle. I went there for an estimate and the guy convinced me to leave it there, as he will reimburse me $500 if I'll give him the job! At the end he over charge the insurance with painting job, that he didn't even do, with parts he didn't replaced and the $500 never saw them. He try to convince me to call my insurance and that they need it to pay me those $500, not him when, he clearly said, he will give them to me. Had to get my car repaired after I was rear ended buy someone. I took it to Pristine Autobody and Repair and they did a fantastic job on the repairs. The damage was all fixed and the paint looked so good. After they fixed my car I took my other car that needed to be painted all over because it's an old car they gave me a really good deal on the price and when the car was finished it looked so good now I drive that car everywhere because it looks so good.
