I've known this car place since 2019. I had just gotten a brand new car at the time and ended up with a slight scratch on it. This was the first place I found, and honestly, I'm so happy I ran into Nikita because he immediately made me feel so much better about fixing my new car. They did such an amazing job, and I remember leaving feeling relieved because he truly went above and beyond to make me feel like I was going to get my car back looking brand new again. It's been several years since then, and I haven't had to come back often because my car has honestly been great, until recently, when all the heavy rain happened and I got into a really bad accident. I was devastated. I was crying and completely overwhelmed because I've never dealt with anything like that before. I took my car to Palladium, and honestly, Amir made me feel so much better from the moment I walked in. He explained everything to me step by step and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. He even offered to help me deal with my insurance and the other party involved. They were available 24/7, and I was able to text them throughout the entire repair process, which made such a stressful situation feel so much easier. While repairing my car, they also noticed additional damage and scratches on the bumper that I didn't even realize were there, probably from a parking lot or something over time, and they completely repaired the full bumper anyway. That level of care and attention honestly meant so much to me. When I finally got my car back after weeks in the shop, I literally gasped. My car looked brand new again, and I almost cried all over again because of how amazing the work was. They truly go above and beyond while you're in such a vulnerable and stressful situation. Its not about the problem, it's about how you handle the problem. The short version: I took my car in to get a hood installed and painted and they used cheap paint on my car and now it's peeling off and they're now ignoring my calls and backing out on their "lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle". Don't believe me? See pictures attached. Big chunks of paint you can clearly see and measure are coming off. The long version: I went to Palladium to get an initial estimate for install and painting a new hood for my car and I was in the office with the manager (Nick) and as Nick was on his computer writing up the estimate, I overheard Nick say to his worker "use the cheap paint". Nick, if you're reading this, don't come on here trying to deny that or spin it around. Tell me in my face that you didn't say and hold a straight face while doing so - do it. I know you won't because it happened. I don't know anything about paint for cars so when I heard Nick say that I didn't think much of it. I let it go. Well fast forward to now, take a look at the pictures. The paint is peeling off everywhere. I came by 3 times in person afterwards and on the first time, I did manage to get a hold of Nick and he told me "let me get back to you, I need to call up our paint supplier" blah blah blah. He has my number and my contact info. I know this because a while back he reached out to me via email out of the blue asking me if I still had my old hood with me because someone else wanted to buy one just like it. I came by again, and he was on the phone and I specifically wrote my number on a note and left it. I said please call me right after. I called a 3rd time and now he locks his door to his office, unlike before, so that no one comes in. He ignored my calls, emails, and repeated visits to ask for answers. Nick, if you're reading this, all you had to do was call me to explain what's happening. It's not the about the problem, it's how you handle it. The other workers there are just doing their job / following orders, so this isn't about them. Maybe the owner will probably come on here to try to explain it all away and spin this around as something that's not their fault and that this is just normal wear and tear. In fact, that's probably what will happen. I would love to see that. If you're looking for an honest body shop, don't support this business. There's plenty of others out there that won't cut corners using your car like this and then ignore your calls when you find out. These guys here try to convince you like they're the only game in town and that the price reflects their quality. Bullshit. Look at how they left my car. I purchased fiber glass parts online from a reputable website, however, the part came in really messed up, because their molding isn't accurate; ie. part didn't fit me car. I brought my fiber glass fender parts that came in the mail to Palladium Auto Body: not too great looking straight out the box. The result is AMAZING after all is done by these guys here! i got a few other shop in the Bay Area chances too quote me for fiber glass work, most of them declined and said they don't even want to touch it, but the guys here were able to mold and shape them to look so smooth, now it looks as if it's factory. Nick did a great job communicating from the start and sets my expectations right from the beginning. The guys here are honest, and the price I believe is fair for the amount of work! One of the things I really loved about Palladium Auto Body is they are open Saturdays. I was looking at different body shops around the Bay Area prior to taking my vehicle here and I'm really glad I found Palladium. All I got to say is Nick and Dave are really amazing people!! From the moment to taking my vehicle in they were very friendly, honest, and upfront to what needed to be done to ensure the work is accomplished the way I wanted. What did I have done on my vehicle? I bought all the decals online which you see in the photos posted here. And I also had the spoiler I got at Amazon installed here. Everything was installed with precision, team Palladium really took their time and went their way to ensure I was a very satisfied customer. I recently had my car keyed at a Taco Bell parking lot and felt as if I had the worst luck with my brand new car. But as something bad happens, I had the luck of meeting Nick and finding his car shop. I showed him the car scratches on my door and asked him for his honest opinion about the repair. He was very honest about how minimal work it needs and suggested that he was willing to try to buff it out for me so it is less noticeable. Nick was unlike the other shops who quickly told me repaint the whole door and claim insurance. Some had offered to buff also but quoted high prices. I first went to Palladium Auto Body with one of my friends so he could get his cars fenders painted and fitted. We were both skeptical at first as neither of us had been to a body shop before and have been warned that many shops will try to scam customers for more money. This was not the case at Palladium! The owner, Nick, made sure to get my friends fenders properly aligned and fitted to OEM spec. On top of that, Nick is a great guy and always goes the extra mile to get everything fitting perfectly. The work speaks for itself. When my families RAV4 got rear ended, it was a no brainer where I was going to take it. Nick got me a quote back the next day and the car was finished in a timely matter. In the same time the RAV4 was at Palladium, my BMW ended up being backed into. I brought it to Nick and he gladly handled everything! He even communicated with my insurance company! My wife was rear ended on the way back home from work. The Camry was luckily still good enough to drive but took a decent hit. After taking all the insurance information and getting the estimate, I had to find a shop to get this car repaired for my wife. This was a stressful experience and difficult to decide. I know there are ton of corrupted shops and people in the auto repair industry who do shady things to make money, and care less about safety or customer satisfaction. The car was hit on 01-19-18 and it was around 01-29-18 when I first called Nick at Palladium and met him the same day in a matter of few hours. All I can say is when Nick first answered my call, and I never knew this guy before, he was very friendly and it seemed like I was speaking to a close friend rather than a random shop. I explained to Nick what had happened and that I was having hard time figuring out where to go. I was also concerned about the quality of the parts used as I wanted OEM. He said he would take care of that as well. My phone conversation was very good and he already had given me good hope about the future of my car. I met up with Nick after about two hours after our phone conversation. When I met him in person it truly was a great experience. Nick was a professional guy and once he saw my Camry he saw some major damage. He also explained the procedures they do and how long it can possibly take. Nick will also teach you things while in the process which is also a plus. He never rushes or gets frustrated if you ask him questions. I told him that I had already decided to get my Camry fixed by him and to get the process started immediately. Nick took my claim info and insurance info and told me he would contact me within 24 hours. Nick had called me back in less than 20 hours with good news that insurance had approved. When I took the car to Nick to drop off I had told him in advance that the other insurance likes to reimburse for car rental. I was not okay with that and told him I don't want to spend my money and chase the insurance afterwards. He went ahead and took care of that for me and on top of that got me a 2017 Charger for duration of the repair which was 22 days. The Camry after removing bumper had major damage and floor was destroyed. Nick got the new estimate and approved instantly without issue, brand new original bumper. He also keeps you updated via email and send you pictures if you like. I also dropped by and checked up on how the car was coming along. I also saw the new parts and they were indeed new original. So I can verify for all those out there that Nick is legit and honest man. Finally on the day of pickup, the car looked amazing and Nick and his team did a fantastic job cleaning up and making my car look brand new. Honestly the car looks even better now. Paint job is top notch and also Palladium will give you warranty lifetime for their workmanship. Nick thanks a lot for all you and your team have done. There were no corners cut, shady tactics used, or time wasted. You are my number one go to for any auto related work and I will make sure I refer you to others for auto work. I never write reviews and you can tell cause this is my first one ever but I had to after how good Nick took care of me. Nick is great, he was very informative and attentive. I did a lot of research and after speaking with and getting quotes from at least ten other shops in the bay area that does ceramic coating, I decided on Palladium to do the job. I brought in my fiance's brand new black 2018 Volvo XC60 to get the whole car coated and I mean the whole vehicle; paint, windows, plastic/chrome trim and wheels!!! Most places charge extra for wheels but not Palladium. Nick was very accommodating since we have such busy schedules he was able to let us drop off the car at 6:30am on a Friday which they needed so they could do a full detail and polish of the vehicle before coating. Saturday afternoon we came by so Nick could speak to my fiance about the process and maintenance of the vehicle after the coating. The car was done and it looked beautiful inside the booth curing but he suggested that we pick it up Monday so it can fully cure. We were also able to pick it up at 6:30am Monday morning. They did a great job and the car looks showroom new til this day. Unfortunately after a week or two, the windshield and sunroof were cracked and we had to replace them. I called Nick and told him what happened and without hesitation he said bring it back. Again with my busy schedule and how busy Palladium was Nick worked it out to where I could bring it in to his friend's shop, Stealth Labs who are the people he uses to do the coating in the first place. Because I live and work in the city, I am constantly driving and parking in tight spaces everywhere. As such, my Maserati inevitably gets scratches and dents everywhere. The front bumper became particularly noticeably scratched last month after some careless driver scratched it while parking in front of me somewhere in the Mission. My car is my pride and joy, so I am typically reluctant to take it to anywhere else but a Maserati dealership. However, my good friend, who is extremely knowledgeable about cars, couldn't recommend Palladium Auto Body more highly. (He took his McLaren there for some repairs recently, so I knew Palladium had to be legit.) Of course, I then felt comfortable taking my Maserati to Palladium immediately after his recommendation. The manager, Nick, was able to accommodate me the day after I called. Their service and craftsmanship did not disappoint. Moreover, the turnaround was extremely quick - I was able to pick up my car in just two days after I took it in!
