He said, while wearing glasses indoors, avoiding eye contact, and speaking sternly, and "I ain't picking up anything until I get payment from the first time." I said, "Are you sure you haven't received it, or can you check to see? We always mail them directly to vendors." He said "I wouldn't be asking if I did." If that was the case, he could have mentioned that he hasn't received payment and can't schedule a pickup until he does. Easy fix. Instead, he wasted both our time. Do yourself a favor - look up another company to call. P.S. I found out that he was in communication with our office a couple days prior to this interaction - where he admitted to moving their office address! So the address they provided (for mailing the check), was wrong! If he knew of this predicament - I'm even more confused why he came in so upset/rude.

They were unapologetic and nasty, and I felt threatened by her son, who wrote me the text. I do not recommend this company. Her attention to details: she noticed that the bottom part the wall was farther out than the top and made the drawings based on the existing condition of the wall. She went above and beyond to help me design a cabinet that I like. As she said, we did 30 versions of this! Very close! I appreciate her willingness to work on a difficult design. You can see that my cabinet is not an easy one to design. Call Dana if you need help! She's an expert with artistic and detailed eyes.
