Diane(owner) and every one of her girls work hard day in and day out at providing a fun and relaxing upbeat experience! The prices are beyond generous. The quality exceeds on every level for whatever it is your wanting. Check them out! There's parking in the back. They serve popcorn and cold water. They have great music and positive energy. Very clean and comfortable seating and thousands of colors to choose from! The list goes on!

Where do I start! Pristine nails is TOP in all aspects, quality, cleanliness, customer service, talent!! The nail techs, especially Scarlet & Diane are so talented they always nail every single photo I show them!! The owner Diane is the most caring, loving individual and as soon as you walk into the salon you can just feel how much everyone cares for what they do and how they are there to make your nail dreams come true. I am soooo picky and particular with how my nails are shaped and how my cuticles are cut & everyone who has worked on my nails has been so gentle and understanding. Went on a mom daughter date to get our nails done. Service was so very kind, the quality of the gel mani is very good. I waited 2 wks to write this review to make sure, it hasn't chipped or peeled in any places and I wash and use my hands a lot as a nurse. They have lots of cute colors to choose from in both gel and regular and they massage your hands and your legs. You can add on other scrubs and etc. overall great experience!

Jocelyn did a beautiful job on my gelx. Very affordable. Place is clean and sanitary and they take their time to ensure your nails look nice.

Went for a girls night out with my friend, we're both pregnant with our second but unfortunately this wasn't a great place to treat ourselves. Really disappointing. I got a pedicure but it was unmemorable and meh. The water they had for the initial part of the pedicure was FREEZING cold! I was expecting warm water. I'm sorry why even have spa chairs if it's not even going to be pleasant?? About half way thru the woman working on me cut my big toe!!! it hurt so bad and bled the rest of the time. She put powder on it and kept trying to get it to stop bleeding. She apologized but I'm sorry, why would that even have to happen? I felt like she was careless and like she was in a rush when we were the only 2 people in the salon. The price was okay but was not impressed with the pedicure and obviously not happy my toe was cut.... aside from possible infection, it looked so ugly after and even 2 weeks later my toe has dark red dried blood. Will not be returning and honestly was upset to even pay for this pedicure. There should not be be any injuries when you get a nail service done. I will end on a note that I appreciated thaf all the tools they used seemed to be clean, or at least were presented that way. She took all the tools out of a package which gave the impression they had been cleaned and sterile before use.

I called to schedule a same day appointment for a gel mani and regular pedi and had a lovely experience. It was $25 for the regular pedi and $35 for gel mani. Pristine is handling covid regulations well, with everyone wearing masks and the front doors open to allow airflow. The interior felt clean and I was one of two customers on Sunday around noon. My nails turned out great and my appointment was only 40 minutes long because two technicians worked on my hands and feet simultaneously. My only critique is that some of the nail work and leg massages were very intense, nearly painful. Not sure if it's because I haven't been to a nail salon in almost 6 months or if it was just rough, but be prepared for that if you're more sensitive. read more

I've gotten gel manicures at many different places but few last as long as the gels I get here. Whatever brand of polish they're using here, it really lasts and doesn't flake or chip. I go out of my way to get my nails done here. read more

I've been getting my nails done at this salon for quite some time now. The owner is an absolute gem! The technicians are amazing, super friendly and always make you feel at home. The salon is very clean and complies with Covid restrictions. I recently started getting facials done here and must say my skin feels amazing. Been booking oxygen facials once every 2-3 weeks. It not only helps my skin, but relaxes me as well after a long day at work. I live in Studio City and don't mind the commute to Glendale just to get my nails done. I used to be a regular client of Pristine nails for over 10 years but stopped going in 2019 because I noticed my gel nails would start chipping after a week. I recently heard that it's under new ownership, so I decided to give it another shot. I'm so glad I did because the salon has been completely upgraded and renovated with new nail technicians. I did Gel X with Nancy and she did such an amazing job! My nails lasted exactly 4 weeks during my honeymoon. She also makes them look very natural and thin. read more

Pristine Indeed! This place is awesome! Tom did my nails and Kitty was tasked with my first pedicure since the pandemic. She is a miracle worker! I feel like a new person! Best place to come relax and get your nails done ladies. I found them about a year ago and although I just moved from Glendale I still make the drive for the following reasons. The owner is AMAZING and the entire staff is good at what they do, so it really doesn't matter who does your nails. Not to mention I am hellllla picky when it comes to my nails. Anyway, everyone is very sweet and they take good care of you. They make you feel welcome and attend to all your needs. Lastly, their pricing is very reasonable per service, so that's just a cherry on top I highly recommend Pristine Nails & Spa read more

First time coming back since the pandemic and new management! Beautiful and clean place. Lots of upgrade from the massage chairs to the manicure stations. Absolutely in love with the ambience. Great customer service! Met the owner and she's very sweet and accommodating. My nail tech, Min, was amazing. I got a full set with semi-coffin style. Turned out better than I had imagined. It's my 1st time here! Really thankful that they accommodated me last minute !!! I called in for a same day appointment and they took me in at 6:30pm for a gel mani and classic pedicure! I needed to get my nails done for my engagement photos this weekend! So I just want to say that after spending so much money at nail salons with nicer interiors and all that stuff, I never got the nails that I wanted and I always found flaws yet ended up spending like 50 dollars on a full set which looked terrible. In fact, I drive to Glendale just for this place because it is really hard to find a nail salon you can count on that always does a good job, has friendly service, plus very reasonable prices and appointment availability. Tried this spot twice recently. The first time I made a appointment, for which I had to wait to be seated for an hour. But it wasn't that big of a deal, and so I didn't make a fuss about it. Everything else went relatively quick and smoothly afterwards. The salon is clean, the employees seemed nice. Hence the one star. But My second time here however, which was today, was definitely frustrating!!! I had a full set and pedicure appointment, i got there about 10 minutes late, n they got started on my pedicure right away. The tech talked me into a $70 "magical pedicure." Lol needless to say, It wasn't anything extraordinary, but I relaxed and got a nice foot rub/massage, which was a plus! But what I didn't get is the Baby soft feet that was so expected! Fast forward to my full set. Which didn't get started until 40 minutes after my appointment time. I showed the tech (Nancy) a beautiful French set, asked her if she can do something similar, she said she can. After she was done, I kid you not I wanted to fucking CRY!!!! It looked like my 3 year old nephew painted my nails! Not even joking! It looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the photo I showed her!!! It was ridiculously uneven, thick and just all around BAD! I tried not to say anything, but I caved and asked her to change the color. When she took off the terrible French manicure, I noticed that one of my pinky nails was broken! So basically she painted over the broken nail when she initially did the French, and had I not asked her to change the color I would have ended up going home with a half broken nail. N the worst part was that she almost proceeded to paint over it yet again, until I pointed it out to her and she ended up fixing it! At this point I've been sitting there for like 3 damn hours! My back was hurting, I was agitated and ready to get out of there ASAP! But wait, there's more...I get home, n I go to wash my feet because it was slippery from all the oil and lotion, then I look closely and I notice the polish on one of my toes is wiped off. This is well over an hour after my pedicure was done! I guess Because she either piled on a pound of nail polish on that specific toe or she didn't bother to clean the oil off my nails before she applied the polish! So to sum it up, I ended up paying $135 including tips, and came home n spent an hour unsuccessfully trying to fix the mess! Unacceptable and Ridiculous. Another nail salon marked off my list! read more

I've been coming here for a few months with my whole family. The new owner is a doll. The staff is amazing. I drive almost an hour to come here but I know this salon is always clean, the staff is so courteous, and I leave the salon feeling so pampered and refreshed. This salon has the best masseuse. My family and I always have an amazing experience. The owner is so attentive and again, I can't stress enough the cleanliness and the high level of being COVID compliant that this salon has and follows. I am so happy that I found this salon! They do a great job on your nails but don't bother calling ahead for an appointment. They will still take walk-ins and make you wait. So disappointing. Edit: The business states that calling ahead is not considered an appointment. Funny because when I call ahead at other salons it is considered an appointment. What's the point of calling ahead if you still have to wait upwards of 20 minutes? Not to mention, I said when I'd be there and they took two walk-Ins anyway. read more

Horrible customer service. I went in yesterday to get a set of acrylics and they forgot to do the pedicure I was also scheduled for. So they asked I come back the following day at 9:30 am. I arrived promptly at 9:30 in which they informed me I would have to wait another 45 minutes for a tech to come in....knowing well I had a wedding to be at. Why even schedule me at 9:30 am? Won't be coming back. The lack of concern about someone else's time is inexcusable. read more

The lady doing my pedicure was rushing and she cut me while getting rid of my cuticles... the next day which is today, my right big toe is now leaking PUSS. Seriously? This is the first time anything like this has happened. I'm super disappointed. Ladies and men come get their nails done to make themselves feel better but I came out with toes painted outside of the nail (since she was rushing) and it was not cute. Even better, now my right toe is in so much pain with puss leaking. I'm cleaning it myself and hoping it won't get any worse. But anyway, I really expected more from a place with 4 stars. Glad other people didn't get the experience I had. read more

I've been here several times, I'm new to yelp so I'm writing my reviews to my favorite places! I love Tammy and her team, they can be a little on the speedy side, which isn't always a bad thing if you have a tight schedule. For the most part, they take walk ins and try to accommodate, but sometimes when they rush the quality of their work slips. I've had to go back to fix a name same day, I wasn't happy but they were kind enough to fix it on the spot for me. Last time I was there with my daughter, they weren't up front with the Pricing of her gel manicure, and ended up charging her almost $10 more than they originally quoted. I wasn't happy because we've been there so many times and feel you should try to keep the loyal customers happy you know? Either way I'm happy to give it one last try and are how it goes! read more

This is my most favorite nails salon in town. They did a very good acrylic job, my acrylic nails stayed very long and strong. I was impressed about their huge selection of colors, and furthermore, each of their colors is pretty. I tried many different colors and still didn't feel disappointed at any time. My feet are always dirty than my hands so every time I come to a nails salon, I just want to walk out with clean feet, and I always have what I expected.
