I love LeLe and Larry at Elle Bella Spa. I have been coming for about 14 years. They are both very skilled at manicures including acrylic and gel, and also pedicures. She also gives fabulous facials with excellent high end products. LeLe also does waxing, eyebrow shaping, and also gives amazing and relaxing hot stone massages. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am a very loyal customer, she is so kind and honest and funny, coming here feels like visiting a family members house! So warm and welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She also has a new good quality detox machine, the U-Mine Body Jet Smart Steam Spa System. She also got new pedicure chairs this year including great massage and heat. I look forward to my visits to LeLe's shop, and am so glad I have a place to come for great services and great service. Incredible regular pedi + gel mani experience with Le Le! She truly cares about delivering high quality results and is the sweetest lady. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Gel mani ($53) with hard gel on top no extra charge, hand massage, and extensive detailing on cuticles without cuts or scrapes Regular pedi ($17) with hot stone massage no extra charge - I have never experienced this before! It was so soothing and felt luxe. Sea salt scrub also included Other great touches include state of the art massage chairs and TVs with streaming services so you can watch movies or shows! Le Le cares so much about her customers and it really shows. Can't wait to come back!

They are so nice here and conversations are enjoyable. You can tell that they love what they do and the quality of service is top notch. They take their time to make sure you leave feeling like you got what you paid for and the nail polish / gel actually does last a long time and your nails aren't left ruined when it comes off. I wish they had more people working here but I haven't had any issues making an appointment and starting on time. They are very responsive and make sure you're happy with the end result. I like the pedicure hot stones added to the service. It's very relaxing. I haven't had a facial yet but seems like that's something I need to try next. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I found LeLe and Larry nearly two years ago and I haven't gone to any other nail salon since.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] What is little known is that LeLe's facials and massages are top notch too! The little back room is very no frills, but her equipment and products are as good or better than overpriced salons downtown. I buy the face cream and I get so many compliments on how good my skin looks. Get the wrinkle treatment. It feels and looks amazing. She puts as much love and attention to face and body as she does to nails. And it's priced so you can do it regularly instead of just on special occasions. When I went to other places my nails used to break and peel allllll the time, and I thought it was because my nails were brittle. I look forward to having my nails done by Lele. Besides being very good at what she does, she has a very friendly personality which makes the time spent there go by fast. Her salon is quiet , organized and provides several spa services as well as nail care. Lele has much experience in skin care and gets great results judging by the "before and after treatments" pictures she showed me. I am planning on trying her anti aging facials, but for now, I particularly love how good she is at doing my nails with hot gel. I appreciate her patience in removing the old gel without acetone and without damaging my nails. Thanks to her technique, my nails stay impeccable for 5 weeks, even though I work full time as a nurse, love gardening, cooking and baking... I almost forgot to say, her fees are very reasonable. read more

Lily and her brother are simply incredibly with quality and their work and services. Lily has been our town's go to lady, but also becomes your friend and family. She's incredibly sweet, easy to talk to, loving soul which makes her business a stand out, but I will let the quality of her work speak for itself with photos and videos. She takes her time and you can see the quality i.e. my nails are filed perfectly with her special technique (and we all know filing is crucial!) that they lasts a long time, 4 weeks! I love that Lily always look for new ideas and has the best and latest nail polish or techniques. read more

I go to Colorado for two months every year and have to have my nails done there. I can't wait to get home so LeLe can fix them and bring them back to the perfection I am used to. I was looking for a new nail salon and decided to try this place. Driven by so many times, but never went in. I'm glad I did. Both Le and her brother are so meticulous in their work. The hot stone massage with pedi-BONUS! My daughter went in for a Gel X manicure and it was fabulous! That took some time though so plan for that, but no regrets. I'll be coming back regularly I believe. I know she also does massages and facials but haven't tried that yet. read more

Once you have your stuff, you got the locker room (shoes off) to get changed~ you can either go for the pools and the wet saunas etc or go upstairs on the shirt/shorts to enjoy the heated rooms. I hit the second floor first and spent a good 30 minutes relaxing and sweating it out. There are three heated rooms and one cold room. After that, I headed downstairs to enjoy a good rinse before heading into the heated pool. There was only one heated pool and one cool pool. There were plenty of areas to sit and bathe or stand and shower. This is also the area you can book services for body scrubs etc. there are also a couple of saunas in this area. The pool shower areas also have plastic baskets to hold your stuff, as well as complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors. Each shower or bathing section also has complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The locker room has lockers where you can store your stuff with your assigned locker number. There are also areas to get read with hair dryers and qtips and lotion. Overall, a lovely experience and hope to come back.

The feeling of comfort and serenity is abundant the moment you walk in. They greet you by name when you arrive and again when you leave. The lobby is small but very welcoming. They offer plenty of products for purchase, but they never hard-sell you. When you check in, there is a small waiting area where you can sit with hot tea, water, and small snacks while you wait. Please make sure to turn off your cell phone--this is a quiet zone, so whispering or no talking is encouraged. The dim lighting really makes you feel like you've stepped into another world. There is also another waiting area in the back if you need to change into a robe for your service. There is actually a lot of space back there to relax while waiting. The treatment rooms themselves are warm and comfortable, and each room has a closet for your personal items. In the back area, they also have changing spaces and lockers. There are two changing areas, along with a room that has chairs specifically for foot and neck massages. I highly, highly, highly recommend the foot massage. They take it to the next level because they start with your neck and arms before moving to the foot massage. I dare you to try not to fall asleep by the time they're done. I have seen the spa when they are busy and when they are slow, and I have never seen it dirty or unkempt. The level of cleanliness and the standards maintained by the staff have always been excellent. I've never had trouble booking an appointment. I've also given gift certificates to family members and friends, and three people I know now go there regularly because of those gifts. Their prices are by far some of the best in the industry. You simply cannot find a facial at the price they offer at RA. I've looked, and I can't find anything comparable. If you want a facial, I highly highly recommend Maria. She has truly turned back time on my skin with the facials she gives me. She listens to your needs and walks you through the products she uses to make sure they match what your skin needs and what you're looking for. She genuinely cares. Under new management, they have recently added online booking through their website, which is wonderful. I'm looking forward to another great 20 years going to RA--ugh, I just aged myself! A few additional notes: they do have a sauna, bathrooms, and one bathroom includes a shower. Parking can be a little tricky. After being a loyal customer for many years, I was disappointed that no exception or courtesy credit was offered. A little goodwill toward a long-time member would have gone a long way. My advice to anyone considering canceling: use all of your credits before you end your membership. Otherwise, you may lose the member value you've already paid for. Sadly, this experience has left a sour impression, and I won't be returning.

I've been one of LeeLee's customers for 3 years and the reason is because she's simply the best. I knew that I found a truly special place when each time I had an appointment, customers from her prior salons showed up for the service only she can provide. Lee Lee calls everyone "my baby" and she sincerely cares about taking care of her customers. She works long hours to accommodate her customers' schedules and, at last, she's found assistants who meet her extremely high standards. They do manicures (including the miraculous gel manicures - no one around is better than LeeLee), spa pedicures, waxing, and massages. It's a small place, and that's part of its charm. Go there and you'll find the place for all your "maintenance" (in the words of Nora Ephron). Just be sure to book an appointment. Elle Bella takes walk ins but because they're so great, they're also quite busy. You won't regret going to Elle Bella, but you will wonder why you waited so long. read more

Elle Bella so many good things to say let's see I have been with LeLe for about 5 years and I followed her to Burbank and then back to LaCrescenta believe me I would drive to the ends of the earth to get waxed have gel nails done that by the way are beautiful and last at least 3 weeks and still look great . Who does acrylic anymore? Also a 2 hour massage with hot stones is heaven on earth.Also if you need a facial and want to look gorgeous afterwards go to Elle Bella. LeLe keeps late hours and is open 7 days a week and she can always squeeze you in even if it's 9:00 at night. Le Le is the best! .. Its hard to find that someone would even think that she doesn't care about her customers.. SO NOT TRUE! I've been going to her for years.. She's the only nail salon I've been to that truly cares about providing a great customer experience and always puts her customers first. If someone has a concern they should speak up and let her know. Not only does she put her customers first, she always finds a way to make them feel welcome at any hour. She works late and is very flexible.. Great thing about her is that she works based off her clients schedule.. If you need to come late after regular hours all you need to do is ASK.. The person who did manicure was very experienced, gentle, quick, kind and did a wonderful job. And the results were amazing. I always treat myself to Elle Belle Spa for manicures and pedicures. My sister goes here religiously and convinced me to tag along for a gel manicure. I love it! Lily did a great job and it is so obvious she cares for her customers.... she was deliberate to sunscreen my hands before they went into the UV light and she gave me motherly advice as to how to avoid dry cuticles (which I needed!). As other reviewers said, don't go if you are in a rush... we showed up for our 1:30 appointments and at 4 my sis was still waiting for her mani... but regardless it is a good experience and I will definitely go back next time I need a mani/pedi. read more

The place is somewhat messy, but it was close to my house and the flexibility of their schedule made me come here a few times. The past 2 times Lily has been messing up my nails. They chip and crack after 4 days. Today I tried calling them twice, to ask if I could come in so she could fix it, but she didnt even let me speak over the phone. First she hung up on me, then second time she said something I did not understand and hung up on me again. It was very rude and unprofessional. And she has to stop calling her clients "baby". Spa day with my girls! I put the MAN in mani! Lol. We came in to do a group mani-pedi day and it was nice. I got the delux package that has massage and scrub and finishes with a parafin treatment. If you've never had parafin, it's a must. It's a final soak of hand and feet in hot parafin wax. It's amazing. I did a gel coat on my nails which should keep me fresh for 30 days. Love gel coat.
