Came again this past weekend 10/12/25. Made an appointment online. Lots of nice colors and designs to choose from. The women who work there are nice, but I've found the men to be a little less friendly. The pedicures in my experience feel a bit bare bones unless maybe you do one of their more premium pedicures, but I've always been happy with my manicures. I thought the manicure (uv gel fill on my natural nail) would be $58 or so based on the menu online, but it was $83. Apparently, the type of design I got costs more- cat eye/magnetic- see side by side photo collage. Didn't think to ask about the price being different than online beforehand, but that would've been nice to know upon showing them my choice of design. The guy, Jack, did mention the price to me just before he started doing my nails. The salon is spacious and seems pretty clean, although the pedicure chairs could use some updating. Overall, I really like this nail place. The brief massage during the manicure is a nice touch. It's close to where my parents live so if I'm in town and wanting to do some self care, this is my go to spot. read more

I've been here a couple of times after trying others in the Westchester area. They're always clean and good with service but this time they were truly exceptional and did a design on my nails that took a lot of attention to detail and time. I came in with a very detailed design (that involved cat eye nail polish and chrome) that I saw online on someone else and after showing them the picture/video of it they took time to examine it and how to best execute it. Also, my nails were a mess beforehand and they managed to do an extension with the gel and then the design on each nail. My nails lasted 6 weeks and if it weren't for the fact that they were too long for my liking after 6 weeks, I probably could've gone longer because nothing was lifting or cracking. Which is impressive since I'm typing all day, so dishes and chase two toddlers all day everyday. I shared 4 pictures, 2 the day after and 2 the day I went back (6 weeks later) to get a new fill and color. read more

I decided to give this location another chance. I came back last week for a pedicure and today and for a dip powder manicure. I forgot her name but she sits in the first chair and always answers the phone- she did a great job on my manicure and I will ask for Lynn or Jojo in the future because she gets busy. If you have time to wait while she attends to other salon items needing her attention then go to her. Don't go to Elaine. Not 5 stars because again a pair of cuticle cutters were taken out of a drawer and not a sterile pack. read more

I needed a new neighborhood nail salon because I was no longer happy with where I was going. Biggest pet peeve-nails that are not all the same shape. I wasn't currently wearing tips but Kelly took off my old Japanese gel and added a set of tips. I explained to her that I wanted polish that was sheer, pink or nude, and she found the perfect shade. I was in and out in 1 hour. This is the best manicure I've had in Mamaraneck (after three different salons)! My nails look amazing. read more

I go in here for regular manicures. Many of the technicians rush through doing the manicure. I also get concerned when they take the instruments out of the drawer. That's when I ask for packaged, sterilized ones. It should be standard procedure to use them. Most of the time, the manicure is good. I have only gotten a pedicure here once and it was Ok. I went in asking for them to clean up my cuticles, file my nails & to paint them regular manicure. I was told it was 5 dollars more for each nail to remove "previous" gel color, & 5 dollars more for the polish I picked since it's a better brand. I told them, no paint just clean up my nails. I paid 25 dollars to clean up my nails, which were not in bad shape AT ALL & this is what I got. Basically the same as when I went in. & the women gave me an attitude when I didn't tip her more than 5 dollars. read more

What can I say that was bad?? NOTHING! Really a great experience! I walked in with out an appointment, and was seated right away. Jacob did my pedicure. I got the Pomegranate one. It was very nice relaxing. For that price, it was a 15 min leg/feet massage, callous remover, and an added touch of hot stone! It really was well worth the price of $65.00. I think I have found my go to for pedicures. The salon is large, about 10 manicure tables, 10 pedicure chairs. Lots of colors to choose from. The salon was bright, clean and friendly! Clean and new place , always very cordial staff, by appointment only, otherwise waiting time is about 25-45 minutes. They use all the precautions you expect, so very sanitary place - if that is the way these days ... They do good massages and much cheaper than other places. I have been here a couple times and it was pretty good, nice service but I'm pretty disappointed with today's service. Today I invited my girlfriend to join me in getting our nails done and it was not great service or quality. My girlfriend did a basic pedicure and got her nails done but did not want polish or her cuticles cut. Just a cleaning and buff. She got charged a lot of money for those services and got charged the full amount for a manicure even though she did not get half the service. He also did not clean under her nails, scrub her feet, or give her a massage like he did with other guests while we were there. She was in and out in under 30 minutes. Kind of bizarre if you ask me. The man who did her appointment was also the man greeted me and was rude and rushing me without listening to what our appointments were made for. She is non-confrontational so was scared to say anything in the moment so I had her call immediately after we left and the lady didnt do anything or care. Very disappointed. read more

Just had double horrible experience - first on poor quality mani-pedi, second - poor management skills Came for spa pedicure and gel manicure, selected color. Asked to file only and cut one pinky toe (10 times) and keeps my showing it to her, she never did. Filing job was sloppy as well. Not to mention that she didn't test color and painted all nails right away when it didn't match catalog. I hated the color but didn't say anything, decided to move on. Moving to manicure I asked to file only and asked for a short coffin shape. She couldn't understand, I showed it to her myself, she said ok. I said if she needs to cut sides before filing coffin shape it's ok. She cut my pinky nail from the end too short, not all nails needed to be cut. I get it, language barrier. Manager comes in offering me to do extensions, and saying this lady will continue, lady who just butchered my nails. I've been happy with every gel mani and pedicure I've gotten and they have so many color options. This place used to be called Pinko Nails but changed it to Pinki. This has been my go-to nail salon for years! Vivian is amazing and so personable; Even if you've been a long time client or walking in for the first time, you will be taken care of! I recommend calling or making an appointment online. You can always walk in but you might need to wait (like most nail salons) as they are a popular spot! I always come in with crazy designs and they never miss! The gold set in my photos was done by Yuki (who pays attention to detail and makes it perfect every time!). Ugh I am so mad. Please if you make an appointment ask to NOT be with Anna. She was SO MESSY and now it's only been a week and my clear polish in my powder gel (that's supposed to last 3 weeks). Now my nails are rough on the outside. Not to mention the French too is getting discolored. However, the worst part about the whole experience was that Anna broke my nail while filing and ended up charging me $3 to put an extension on. That is poor business. However, I made an appointment with a specific person and I was told she was busy - so I was shunted off to another person. When I called this week and asked for Vivian (I just wanted a plain pedicure) I was told she only does specialized work and I should go to another place. Went to Pinko's for the first time and WOW!! I am so excited this spot is in my new neighborhood. I was afraid I'd only find overly priced salons with unskilled nail techs in the Westchester area but I was wrong! The salon itself is super cute and clean. They have a HUGE color selection. Chairs are super comfy and decor is on point. More importantly, staff is very nice. I got my nails done by Jay and he is definitely my go to from now on. Went in to do a UV gel fill and once I left I realized how bad they were. Called back and just got horrible attitude as if I was being too demanding. Was told they're trying their best as if I'm volunteering my time for them to learn. Said I'm too demanding, of course I am! I want my nails perfect that's why I pay a "professional" if I wanted to look like a 10 year old did them I would do them myself . Disgusting attitude will never go back. Don't treat customers as if the service is free. The tips of my nails are super thick and I get told you're too busy to fix it after taking my money 10 minutes prior. I got a same day appointment for a spa pedicure and SNS dip powder with tips. When we got to our appointment they tempchecked us and told us to wash our hands (which we appreciate). Got sat down quickly, the only thing i was a little bothered by was my boyfriend was sitting in the pedicure chair for quite a while before someone began is spa pedicure. I had an appointment but it was rushed, the guy kept hitting my skin with his tools, my nails were crooked and smudged by the time it was done. The color seemed to be yellowing too. They kept trying to upsell me (3 times - more pricey pedicure? chair massage? You need a manicure too...) and I did upgrade to a spa pedicure but should have been charged for a regular because it usually comes with a wax heel treatment - and the 10 min massage was half that. Long story short I went home and touched up my nails - filed and repainted a whole new coat of something similar. read more

I generally don't post reviews, so the fact that I am now I feel means a lot. I went here a week and a half ago, they had a fair price on dip powder. It looked decent, but the coats were clearly not strong enough. I had a small chip the next day and they did fix that, but all the nails had cracks in their foundation right away still. I was resigned to not returning but enjoying it while it lasted. Fast forward to today (TW nail cracking and bleeding)...... ....and my left middle finger nail bent and cracked in the middle after very normally trying to tuck sheets into the mattress. It started bleeding. The nail is still there but I think it ripped. I clipped the rest of my nails super short to avoid this issue repeating, and they all look terrible a month and a half away from me taking engagement pictures. Point being is sometimes you get what you pay for. They were very nice in there, but in addition, my original nail person also gave me a massage that was entirely too aggressive. When I first came in I wasn't even seen and I made an appointment. What initially pissed me off was every time I made a suggestion for what I wanted no one even responded back to me. They first had me with a man and then he got annoyed and gave me to a girl. The girl was nice but when I kept staring I like my nails being flatter and not thick she said that's how they are regardless... I was super upset and I never ever really complain so I dealt with it. When she told me it would be 89$ dollars i immediately said I would not pay that much money for something I hated. The owner then helped and fixed my nails but they still kinda look really thick. The owner was nice and all but I was there from 10:30-2:30 and didn't even bother to give me a discount or anything. Nice people but horrible nails so I will not be returning!
