My husband told him the truck he wanted and when he came back with the figures, it was laughable. We have excellent credit, but they used a 9 or 10 percent interest rate to get the monthly payment & then Toby tried to tell us 3 or 4 % in the interest rate only made about $15.00 difference in the monthly payment. Toby Neal's attitude left a lot to be desired, maybe he thought we didn't have money, or he was not wanting to split commission with David. There was an error in fixing my car last week, and the thing they fixed didn't actually fix the problem. This happens at all mechanics across the country. What doesn't happen at all mechanics across the country is that they paid to have my car towed back to their location. They refunded my money on the thing they fixed incorrectly.
