    Awesome! I…read moredesperately needed an appraisal for my home. It's tax appeal season yall, and yall know how that can go. God is good! I found this appraiser, David, who was a godsend. I told him my property, he ran numbers, crossed referenced homes, checked dates of assessments, and did all kinds of razzle dazzles for me. He was professional, funny, knowledgeable, HONEST, helpful and kind. He did all of that, and I didn't have to pay him anything. Why didn't I have to pay? Because, he cares about people. He knows that pimpin ain't easy. He went above and beyond, what I can imagine anyone else doing. I can't imagine what he would do for paying customers. Mark my word, he is the "go to" appraiser, when and if you need an appraisal. This is who you would want on your side. He will make sure you are not getting screwed, and will make sure every avenue of your home is addressed. Thank you Mr. David. David! David! David! The crowd goes wild!

    To preface this stellar review, I actually did not end up working with this inspector due to my…read moretimeframe and him being out of town, BUT I would still recommend and here's why: Kip was extremely communicative from the first call to the multiple texts to the last call. During our call he let me know he didn't think he could meet my timing requirements, but he spent a good 17 minutes letting me know how to properly look for a good inspector. Being a first time homebuyer, all of the information he provided was very useful in my search. He was honest and thorough in his explanations even though it already had been decided we would not be working together. Anyone who takes time out of their night while wrapping up paperwork to help out a new buyer figure out best next moves (no pun intended) is someone YOU should reach out to for your needs.     We purchased a used vehicle from Star Motors on Feb 15, 2026. Within 4 days, a "Brake System"…read morewarning appeared. We contacted the dealer immediately but were offered no inspection or help. We requested a Carfax and maintenance records at that time. The Carfax was provided about 1.5 months later, and no maintenance records were ever given. Soon after, multiple warning lights appeared (brakes, power steering, engine). On Mar 24, the car failed to accelerate safely. It had only been driven ~510 miles since purchase. Despite early reports, we were told nothing could be done due to a 30-day window. On Mar 27, inspection found a misfire code and we were told basic maintenance had not been done prior to sale. No resolution was offered. We are now paying for repairs. Strongly recommend an independent inspection before buying. Versión en español: Compramos un vehículo usado en Star Motors el 15 de febrero de 2026. A los 4 días apareció una alerta del sistema de frenos. Contactamos al concesionario de inmediato, pero no ofrecieron ayuda ni inspección.
