Rachel takes so much extra care of her clients and is the sweetest person I've ever trusted my eyes, brows, and face with! Her boutique is so inviting, warm, cozy, and comfortable. It's very clean and she plays relaxing music and really makes you feel super pampered! TL;DR: Rachel is thorough, thoughtful, accommodating, professional, and highly trustworthy in her services. I think the best part is that she makes you feel beautiful even before the session starts and applies her skills and knowledge to have you leaving feeling incredible inside and out! Below are my reviews for her services that I've booked: - Lash Lift: booked multiple times. I had actually flipped between the lash lift vs keratin lash lift service and Rachel was really helpful to talk with regarding which one would suit me. She's so knowledgeable and I loved just how real she was in describing the differences (unfortunately I can't remember anymore, but you should book with and ask her too!) and I didn't even feel like she was explaining with a goal of upselling me -- I truly believe it didn't even cross her mind to get a client to go for the more expensive option. She also talked me through tailoring how lifted I wanted my lashes, the shape, and generally what I would love my lashes to look like. She takes notes so that the next time you book with her, you can change it up if there was something that didn't quite sit right! She also sends you back home with a little spoolie and home care instructions to make sure the lashes stay lifted! - eyebrow shaping & tint (package w/ lash lift): Never had my brows shaped by a professional before, nor tinted, but I got this done before the honeymoon trip so that I wouldn't feel the need to pack additional makeup products. it was a great experience and I'm glad I trusted Rachel to do this for me! The result was clean, tinted perfectly, and helped me feel just so put together (any other up front maintenance to achieve low maintenance on trip folks?!). - GLOW facial: I booked this the most recently (literally had it done yesterday lol) and WOW was it good. I booked a facial + lash lift together and the whole process felt so seamless. Rachel cared not just for the skin on my face, but also my neck/decolletage, arms, hands, and scalp! She was very thorough in letting me know what she would be doing before starting so that I was prepared for the less comfortable parts (like tingling from a glycolic acid mask and extractions). I feel so good and hydrated and my skin feels ready for the winter season. She also gave me some recommendations on types of products to use to address my skincare concerns!

The only feedback was that we were automatically put into one room without being asked first, and I didnt like that. I preferred a private room but then they said they would have had to prepare it. I felt like I was inconveniencing them so I told them it's fine... But it's not fine. Most people would want individual rooms if it's not some kind of couples massage. They did a nice job on the hair but they could have asked if we had any preferences of what we would like it to look like. But we weren't going anywhere special after so anything was okay with us, and I like how she did mine. Its located in a quiet plaza in Markham not far from Markham Stoufville Hospital.
