We had to figure out airport-to-hotel transportation on our own since she was arriving at a different time from her teammates. In researching Tampa car services, I called 1st Class first since they are the only one with numerous reviews that are all 5-star. The owner, Victor, immediately put my mind at ease with the professionalism and kindness in our conversation. He took on the pick up himself even though he had an early start the next morning and my daughter's flight was delayed numerous times, arriving later than expected in the evening. Victor even walked in to great her at the airport, help her with luggage, texted us updates, and walked her into the hotel to make sure she was with her team. For me, this is just a totally unexpected level of service and care. Oh, and to top it off, he would not let me tip him additionally after the drop-off.
