They refresh water, check robot feeders, feed a can of wet food each visit and it doesn't stop there. They also pet and check on the welfare of the cats plus pick up mail or packages for us.. We get texted a picture of each cat or several and a written update on how the visit went. We have never had 1 issue with anything missing or even a picture frame moved out of place. My husband is a worrier about our lovely cat family and it puts his mind at ease using this service and how well cared for our cats are. We have a shy kitty that will hide from time to time, but YHPC sitters eventually will win her over and coax her out to feed and get petted. I believe that she went through a tough time before I adopted her. I saw the great yelp reviews and I decided to call and she answered right away and agreed to meet my dog and I was that afternoon for a walk through. I wound up leaving my dog over the weekend and Julie was very sweet and you can tell she is an animal lover. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her. She has excellent communication skills too. My dog came home and was happy to see me but she was a happy happy dog so I that's a great thing. They are taken care of so well here and it is great they have a doggy cam to be able to see your pets while you are away. Although they are popular and have lots of dogs at daycare, they are attentive to each and every dog. My 8 year old pup sometimes likes his space from a large group of dogs. They were able to notice that he seemed overwhelmed by all the dogs at some point and gave him the space he wanted. This is the key things that make them so great. It is exactly what I would of wanted and love that they were able to pick up on his signs of wanting some space before joining the pack of dogs again. Right now she's knocked out since I picked her up. The staff genuinely have a natural love of dogs you can't fake. When you're on the run in the mornings, they come out to your car and take your pooch. I've always been happy with their grooming services. They also have pet supplies, special play areas for dogs with special needs (i.e. not fixed, jumpers, in heat, etc), pet suites for boarding. They host behavior/training classes and donate the venue to animal rescues to host special pet events/fundraisers. What's not to love?!?! There hours are very accomodating. Ususally 7am-7pm, may want to check. And I love the half-day option (6 hours) rather than the full-day as well if you need a couple hours to handle things. When I'm running late, and haven't had the chance to let out some of Harlow's energy - I can drop her off in less than 10 minutes and know she'll be taken care of. Instead of worrying if she's going aggro on my latest Italian leather heel. I don't trust Harlow with my mother. Harlow doesn't trust herself with my mother. But with Classy Canines, never another thought until it's time for pick-up.
