Highly recommend Prized Kicks for buying and selling shoes. Understanding the sneaker market and reselling business prior to coming in helps a lot. Owners are reasonable and offer pretty fair pricing for items that sell well in the store. If you can't sell it instantly to someone on the street for a certain price, how can you expect them to pay more than that if the value isn't there (when selling your shoes). It's just like any other business. Supply and demand. There's a premium for getting cash on the spot. Just like there's a premium for walking in a store and buying a shoe you've always wanted on the spot. That's just the business at the end of the day if you want to keep the lights on. The owner hates customers and looks down on everyone who walks into his store. I have attempted to sell shoes 3 times at 1:30-2 PM, all during the week, and every time I arrive the door has been locked. On a Saturday, I attempted to sell at 2 PM. The employee tells me "we're not buying used shoes until Thursday". I ask him why they were closed last 3 times, and he says "idk you'll have to ask the owner". I come back on Thursday and it's CLOSED. Im sorry but who do you think you are? As for selling of the shoes, the one time I was able to, they tried to rip me off. The employee had the nerve to be offended that I asked for $170 for a pair of Playoff 8s ($342 resale on GOAT). They had been worn 2 times and looked fantastic. He tried to repeatedly work it into a package deal with other shoes. Never gave me an evaluation of the shoe by itself. Never gave good explanations. Tried to scam from the start. Saw some off white 5s sail on their instagram. Drove an hour to go buy from downtown Fort Worth. Probably the worst experience I've ever had in a retail store. I walk in, and the set up is very nice and everything looks well done. Decor is off the charts. There's two girls. That are completely worthless. When I say worthless I'm not exaggerating. No greet or anything. First girl never bats an eye off her phone. Other girl glances before looking back down. No one else is in the store at the time. So I figured great, looks like imma have to hunt through thousands of shoes to find these suckers. After about 7 laps around the entire store looking up and down every little display... and walking by them over and over again... (again without any form of acknowledgment) I'm about to give up. My gf tells me to just ask the girls... which is when the service sucks even more... I'm not sure how it's possible to get that bad, but these two girls found a way to suck even more. I walk up near the display they're sitting behind, and stand in front of the girl (who never looked up from earlier.) She's glued on her phone. I stand there for a while before saying I need help finding something. Hoping she looks up off her phone... nope. Nothing. So I pull up the post on instagram and ask again, and she slowly looks up confused, like she doesn't work there...I ask again, I need help finding these and show the post on instagram... not only does she make no noise like she's a mute, but just stares... Finally, incoming second girl. She walks up, and I repeat again... I need help finding these (and show her the post)... she doesn't seem to know what or where they are. I show her again, and she is not sure again.... Then she asks me when was it posted on instagram... and I tell her a few days ago. I had passed this store on the street a few times and decided to stop in to check out the store as my child and I are basketball shoe fans. Wow ! Prized Kicks has a great selection of shoes for shoe fanatics...Nike, Jordans, Adidas, Yeezys, Converses, high tops low tops, mids...what an awesome variety of shoes that may not always be the easiest to find! The lowest price shoe I saw was $129...highest was over $800. The customer service wasn't pushy or overbearing. They allowed you to look around without being followed. The store also had a nice selection of shirts and shorts at fairly reasonable to high priced. The location of the store is conveniently located and is easy to find near the shops at Legacy. I recommend the location if you are looking for shoes that may not be in stock at stores or may cost more money online. read more

Horrible Customer Service!!!! The employee was a tall guy with glasses. I have shopped at this store numerous times in the past with no problems and spent lots of money. Over Christmas I purchased for my son a pair of shoes, shirt and Sweat Shirt. Spent $700. Me and my son came into the store and he told me what he liked. He tried on a Sweat Shirt which cost $240 and a size large. I came in the store the following day to purchase it and noticed that the Sweat Shirt was labeled as a large but the actual label was an extra large which was deceiving. After noticing the label difference I approached the employee who said that it was strange. He pulled a few of the large sweat shirts off the rack and measured them for me and they all seemed to be different sizes in length. He said he remembers my son and said no way would he need an extra large so I got the large which I tried on myself. He said since there was confusion of the size labeling that I could bring it back in after Christmas and change it which they they normally dont do. Christmas Day my son was very excited with the Sweat Shirt but it was too small. It was evident that we got the wrong size due to their labeling error. When I went back in the same employee said that he remembered me but never agreed to change it. He had to talk with his boss who was out of town. He took my number and would call me back. I never heard back and continued to come in weekly for 3 weeks and it was always the same with this employee. He could not do anything and needed to talk with his boss. He kept putting me off and then said that I washed it and it shrunk. He called me a Liar and said I needed to leave the store because he was busy. He said if I wanted to change shirt size that I should shop Walmart lol. What a piece of sh....t this guy. I have never been talked so poorly and disrespected by a store employee over their error on labeling a piece of clothing incorrectly, called a liar and thrown out of the store. The proper thing to do would have been to apologize and recognize it was their fault and switched the Sweat Shirt out to the proper size that my son tried on. After all it was a Christmas present that I spent $240 on. I will never shop this store again. There are too many other similar stores in the DFW area. Only to be met by a rude, disrespectful, and disgruntled young girl working there. I walked off to continue to look after being made feel like I shouldn't ask questions. Next another gentleman came in wanting to potentially sales shoes and was met with the same off putting attitude. Told the guy, that was literally just standing and waiting on her, that he creeped out another customer and they left because of him. He began to ask her why she would say that and she starts in again with major attitude. I call her out on everything and her response was "I don't have to change how I am for anyone". Purchased a shoe from here for a Christmas gift and realized after we got them home that we had 2 different shoe sizes. Took them back and they could not find the other one. Picked out another pair and same issue, 2 different sizes but they were able to call the customer to get them back (thankfully). Once they got the shoe back in the store I went to pick them up but did not get full credit for my original purchase, store policy is they don't refund the tax.
