Excellent service! I'd spotted this Fleet Feet earlier in the week and knew they may be my new go-to running store. I ran my first local 5k race this morning and managed to come in 4th overall female and 1st in my age group. I immediately thought, "NEW SHOES would have made podium!" I was 9 seconds from it. My trainers were so worn out. I feel like I just purchased them but I've been using them for my runs and walks and knew it was time for a new pair. I walked over to Fleet Feet this afternoon to inquire about new insoles and shoes. Fleet Feet Plano provided the BEST service!!! We did a few measurements and reviewed my analysis then went over several options. The shoe I've ran in for years, a different model and a shoe with a larger toe box I'd wanted to try. Once selecting a new model we moved onto several insole options. I'm a Brooks girly through and through and stuck with this brand but a different model this go around. New city, new shoes, new model, new insoles! She's ready! Maybe in the coming months I can squeak out an overall 1st 2nd or 3rd haha ;) If you're in need of a great new shoe, you absolutely should come into this store. Highly recommend. I learned they have weekly Tuesday social 5k runs at 630p and second Tuesday of the month ShackShack 5k runs. Totally have to hit that ShakeShack run that ends in a Fred shake or beer! Great store! I've been a longstanding fan of fleet feet and the personalized shoe recommendations through their unique fit test. I've been to a few of their locations around the country, and they are fairly similar. This one is on the smaller side but still has a wide selection of products, although not as many duplicates on display. They do have frequent social runs as a bonus and even hosted a neat quarterly event with raffles from different health/fitness/restaurant vendors and a run with Hoka shoe demos. I always get my insoles from Fleet Feet due to their comfort, personalization, and durability and purchased one when they had a promotion. Unfortunately the staff member did not put the correct discount in and overcharged me, but after realizing and going back, they were able to fix it, although their tone in doing so suggested an attitude. The staff were very friendly when I was making the purchase, so I'm hoping it was a one time interaction. Overall great outreach with the running community and opportunities to try new products. Hard to rate when nobody acknowledges your presence. Three associates in the store, actively helping a single customer each - not one said a single word to us the entire time we were in the store. I understand that multitasking is not a skill everyone has, but saying something as simple as "Hello, we'll be with you shortly" is customer service 101. Kelly is Amazing!!! Super helpful and informed me of my correct shoe size. Super attentive and gave me plenty of shoes options and knowledge on proper shoe wear. Ive always worn size 8 shoes and turned out I am a 9 to 9.5. My feet are so thankful now! I can go on walks and jogging without foot swelling and pain. It was so hot in here and for whatever reason the employee helping us continued to bring out the wrong sneakers. Better half went in knowing which shoes he wanted and quickly purchased them, but I left after trying on one or two pairs because it was crowded and way too hot. Turn on the AC. Also, what is the scanner for? I was told to stand on it then told I had high arches and I am size 7, which I already knew. The shoe fitting system is unlike any I've seen, and I appreciate the store isn't overcrowded with "stuff." If they don't have what you want/need, they have the ability to look in the Fleet Feet national system to help you track it down (and have it delivered), or refer you to the right place. The friendly atmosphere, feeling of community, and knowledge of the staff makes this a go-to for my family's running/walking shoes. I went there with my partner so he could get fitted and I just loved the experience. While we waited we were offered water or beer and the customer service was on point. Although I didn't purchase anything I did get a free pair of socks which is a nice detail. I didn't want to miss on the opportunity to get fitted and it sure is a game changer. I had never had my feet scanned and when I saw the results a lot of things made sense. Like I could see the pressure points, the size of my feet (length and width) as well as the height of both my arches. I will definitely be coming back when I'm ready to purchase new running shoes. I heard about Fleet Feet when traveling in Seattle, so I was very excited to hear they opened one in DFW! I visited Fleet Feet Plano earlier this month to get fitted for new running shoes as my old shoes were discontinued. I had to wait a few minutes to be helped as both the employees were helping other customers, but I was in and out with my new shoes within 30 minutes. I was super excited to use their impressive foot scanner and felt like I learned a lot from the process. It's worth a visit just to get that scanner experience! The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable about what shoes I should try based on my foot scan and the previous running shoes I used. He provided three different shoe options that I walked around in and ran in using their curved treadmill. I chose my favorite pair of shoes and took advantage of their buy 3 get 1 free deal on performance socks to pick up some Balega socks! I felt extra comfortable trying a new pair of shoes due to their 60-day return policy. Overall, my visit to Fleet Feet was great and I will definitely be back! They have a rewards program where you receive $15 for every $150 you spend, so that's extra incentive to return. My right foot is pretty messed up (bunion, tendinitis, etc) so it was a challenge. Connor was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. The workers are overall friendly enough (although the male worker was tethered to one customer for 40 minutes and didn't even attempt to help others while the female was singlehandedly balancing three customers). Received a pair of OOFOS flips as a gift in June. one of the straps tore. I attempted to call the Plano store a dozen times only to get to VM. No callback so I went there. I was initially told I was beyond the 60 days return policy. OOFOS has a 6 month warranty which the store clerk refused to honor. Suggested I take them back to the Frisco store where they were purchased. Way out of my way. Poor customer service in my opinion read more

Love this store and the people! They were able to scan my feet which confirmed how much my feet have changed causing "alignment" issues. My once arched left foot has become flat!! With the purchase of orthotics and a few weeks for my body to adjust, my running has been stronger and more balanced!!!
