Let me say this first, US Route 22 is one hell of a road to navigate, especially during the night…read more My luck of travelling this road at night has not been good. I have hit many items along the road and this past night was no different. It wasn't a small item, but a semi-truck tire. Sitting right there in the middle of the road. Having nowhere to go seeing how this tire was smack dab in the middle of both lanes, I hit it. In doing so, I ripped the wheel well cover of the car away from the frame and it was rubbing against the tire. I stopped that night and did a quick fix and made a note to stop at an auto store to pick up some parts. I was in need of some fasteners and knowing that this was on my way to work one day, I decided to give them a try. I walked in and found my aisle I needed, I found a fastener closest to the one that was ripped off and headed to the counter. The employee I had wasn't so sure and I believe it was this gentlemen's first day. He got the manager and he helped me beyond what he should have. I asked a few questions, he answered them amazingly and even showed me a tool that would be helpful in my repair. I thanked him, bought my items and was on my way. I am not the most car literate person and it was reassuring to have someone with more knowledge be sure enough of what they knew to get me where I needed to be with my car.

It was so weird. When I asked why, they claimed because I have a wheel lock. I do not have any locking lugs on my car. So I brought that up and then they switched the story to some like "oh well you have different lugs on your car than normal cars" or something like that idk. Did they find the tool they needed to get the lugs off? No. It wasn't in my car. So how did they get the lugs off? I come here every time I need work done on my car but not anymore these people are extremely weird. Who knows how many other times they searched my car because I didn't check before. I bought a new 2024 Silverado LT trail boss, at the end of April. I had a terrible sales…read moreexperience, due to the sales manager Ricky. I stopped in one night and was given an extremely low evaluation for my Silverado trade in. I was going to walk away and go to another dealership, but you had the truck I wanted. I came back and worked with Ricky again and received a fair deal. The issues came when I came back to pick up the truck. Ricky knew for two days what time I would be coming in. We agreed to have the truck ready to go because I was stopping in the middle of soccer games I coach. I verified with him the day before, the morning of, when I was 45 minutes and 10 minutes away. He only told me when it was at the light in front of the dealership, a certified check was needed for my down payment. This took me an extra 30 minutes. When I got to the dealership, nothing was ready. Finance didn't have any to jig together, the truck was not cleaned or washed. I ended up being there for over two hours that was supposed to be a promise of less than 45 minutes. I finally got the truck and started to leave. The dash had an issue where there was a large gap that you can see into the dash. I immediately told Ricky who told me to come in at 12 the next day and he would have service fix the problem. When I got there service all went to lunch at 12pm. Ricky would not see me and ignored my calls and messages, sending anything sales manager to talk to me. A service appointment was set up and they replaced the bezel. The same issue was there with the gap. The service tech told me that's how it was supposed to be. I know you're not supposed to be able to see into the dash board. I have had 3 silverados with the exact same set up and it was not like this on any of them. I also showed the tech another truck you had instock to prove my point. I then spoke to Mike the service manager. He set up to have the grey section of the dash replaced. After this the gap wins slightly better but still present. Mike was helpful and did try to appease me for the experience. The truck came back in and a different style of clips were added. I was told it was all fixed and a picture was sent to me straight onto the dash showing it was fixed. The issue is when looking at it slightly above is when you can see into the dash. So obviously the entire time you are driving. I let Mike know the gap was still there, he blamed me and said I was damaging my own truck. He referred me to Art Evans. Art opened a case with GM, there has been zero update from GM. I called Art and Mike which took me two days to get ahold of Art who never called me back but only responded saying he got my email and sent it to GM. We are on day three of no update from GM. With minor responses from Art, never calling me as I asked.

That's just crazy, but to Get Go's credit cheaper than other local stations, so thank you for that! But...the store itself is fine. Clean inside and out, and staffed with nice folks.

This particular location is in Murrysville, and it is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. My husband and I shopped in the convenience store to purchase foods and beverages for a picnic. We chose a fruit salad, potato chips, and two beverages from the store, and we ordered two submarine sandwiches from the made-to-order counter. The cashier immediately rang up our purchase, and she told us to have a good day. Several minutes later, an employee correctly made our foods, and he sincerely thanked us. My husband and I did not use the gas pumps or the restrooms, so I cannot comment on them. I do know that if you are a member of Giant Eagle's rewards program, then you can use your rewards to receive discounts on gas here. At the picnic later, we ate our foods and drinks, and they tasted OK to great.

If you ever buy tires at this "service" center, do yourself a favor and have them installed…read moreelsewhere. Make sure you get a credit up front on the price you pay because the average (competent) tire dealer will probably charge in the range of $25 per tire. I bought four tires for my car and had to have ALL of them reset on the rims because they never kept their air and would go flat in a few days. Over time, especially here in the "salt belt", a build up of road "gunk" adheres to the sides of alloy rims (wheels) and makes it difficult to get the tires to seat correctly. All it would have taken for these tires to be set correctly the FIRST TIME would be a minimal amount of time and effort to remove the gunk before putting on the new tires. I gave this service center TWO attempts to get it right, each time requiring hours of my time and inconvenience. BOTH times the tires still leaked. Poor service, absolutely pathetic and inexcusable. If this seems like too much trouble, just buy the tires and have them installed somewhere else. Not worth the "savings" when you have to deal with such incompetence. An old school saying still holds true, even in this time .. After the sale, it's the service. There was no service. Poor. Don't buy tires here. Not worth it. Stick with a tire service center that actually knows how to change a tire. It's really rocket science, after all.
