Few days later, he said the part is incorrect and ordered another one. Again a after multiple follow ups, he showed up with new part that did not fix it either. He said he does not know how to fix it and mentioned there is no refund. Essentially I paid $90 for getting "I don't know the fix" answer. I understand that diagnostic visits are generally chargeable, but I expected to receive either a clear diagnosis or a recommended repair. Since neither was provided, I don't feel I received the diagnostic service I paid for. Given the outcome, I respectfully request a refund of the $90 diagnostic fee, or at least a partial refund I believe that would be a fair resolution. Thank you for considering my request.
