I'm a repeat customer who recently purchased a 4 channel TRS snake for hooking up a pedalboard. I had requested custom fan-out dimensions, and when I received the snake, I saw that the request had been overlooked. I contacted Pro Audio, and they told me to send it back and they would re-work the ends. I declined, and said I would shorten one of the ends with heat shrink. Long story short: overheated end and ruined cable; Pro Audio said send it back, and we will fix it; got lost in the mail; I lost receipt with tracking number; publicly shamed by postal worker for losing receipt... I contacted Pro Audio to buy another cable, as this was clearly a perfect storm of my own making. My contact, Chris Flury declined to accept payment for a replacement, arguing that the initial mistake was theirs (Forget all the stupid stuff I did). Lo and behold, the replacement cable is on its way, at no charge! I can't say enough about the integrity of these guys. They've gone way beyond what would be reasonably expected, and I thank them sincerely. Pro Audio LA helped me tremendously with the purchase of a stereo EQ unit for mastering purposes. I bought a unit that turned out to be a lemon, best as I could tell. I had sent the unit back to the manufacturer who (of course) returned it to me telling me they couldn't replicate the problem. An all time podcast recording experience. I loved recording in Pro Audio LA's podcast studio space. It's roomy, comfortable, and honestly well decorated (first-class vibes). We did two long 6 hour recording sessions and felt right at home. Jason (the owner) was incredibly kind and responsive while we were booking the sessions. Then on the day, Jason and another tech Richard were on hand at all times to support us, while at the same time giving us space to do our own thing which I deeply appreciated. I would say I am an impulsive buyer, and I wanted to spend around 15k on a certain console I wanted....but then I met Jason.H :-) He literley spent somewhere between 5-10 hours (prob even more) over the course of a few weeks going over my setup and in the end I realized the console rought wasn't the right choice for my workflow. Killer Company, Great Cables! 4 years ago I had some d-sub snakes made by these guys for a remote recording rig. The cables are very well made and have stood the test of time. The customer service is terrible. I would find another company to work with because they are unreliable, constantly out-of-stock, and create too many excuses. The staff and atmosphere overall is cantankerous. The worst part is wasting collectively 4-5 hours of my time trying to arrange a demo because they have this ludicrous closed door policy. read more
